Supply of Transmission Measuring Set (TMS Kit ) Complete with Tone generator and dB meter as per RDSO Specification IRS:TC-43/87 or latest , make Anuvidyut or Bentron or better. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of additional 4 Port 10 Mbps Ethernet card, to be inspected and supplied together with STM1.

Supply of additional 1xSTM-1 Optical Line Interface card to be inspected and supplied together with STM1.

Supply of SMPS based battery charger for telecom use of 230VAC (90 VAC to 300 VAC)/48V DC, 25 Amp capacity. This shall consist of modules of 25 Amp modules in 1+1 configuration 09 or 12.5A modules in 2+1 configuration with automatic switching between the modules as per RDSO specification no. RDSO/SPN/TC/23/99 (ver. 4), Amendment-1 or latest. This includes 10 Sq. MM copper wire in Red and Black color for interconnecting charger to VRLA battery & equipment. Material should be procured from RDSO approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate shall be provided that the material has been manufactured as per RDSO specification attached. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of 2MB programmable primary digital drop insert multiplexer with conference facility per technical specification No.IRS/TC/68/2012, Rev. 0, or latest without maintenance portable terminal, fully wired for 30 channels with redundant power supply unit, remote control supervisory facility and all other accessories, installation material,technical manuals etc. The MUX shall be supplied with full capacity of cards i.e. 1 card for 64 kbps (G.703), 1 card for 2W Hotline circuits, 2 010 card for 2W Subscriber interface circuits, 2 card for 2W exchange loop, 1 card for V.24 low speed data interface for SCADA, E1branching Interface and rest cards for 4W E&M VF circuits Each card should preferably be of minimum 4 circuits except SCADA card of minimum 2 channels. This includes supply of Male/Female Jacks and accessories as required as per the Design of MUX. PD MUX to be inspected and supplied together with additional cards (additional cards covered separately). Make-PUNCOM. Supply of HP LASER JET P1108 Plus SINGLE FUNCTION MONOCHROME LASER PRINTER Make: HP LASER JET P1108 plus or better. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of OFC Splicing machine as per TEC specs No.TEC/GR/TX/OSM-001/04/Sep-12 or latest. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of OTDR as per TEC spec No. GR/TX/ OTD-01/04/Apr-10 or latest. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of Optical power meter (Type-B) as per TEC Specification No. TEC/GR/TX/OPM- 017 001/04. NOV.2013 with latest amendments. Material should be procured from TEC approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate shall be provided that the material has been manufactured as per TEC specification attached. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of Optical Fibre Jumper (Patch cord) (10 Meter long) with LC & LC (or suitable 019 connector) at both ends as per RDSO/SPN/TC/69/2007, Rev. 0, or latest. This connector should be compatible with FMS/STM/Mux. Material should be procured from RDSO approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate shall be provided that the material has been manufactured as per RDSO specification attached . Inspection by consignee.

Supply of Micro controller based Quad Cable Conductor's Earth Resistance Sensing Unit, for 24 nos. conductors with metering facility for one conductor at a time. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of 4G Fixed Cellular Terminal with Battery backup compatible with JIO and BSNL or similar.MAKE/BRAND : AEGIS or better. Inspection by Consignee. 022

Supply of PLB-HDPE duct outer diameter 40 mm & inner diameter 33 mm as per RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013, Rev. 2.0, Amendment 1-3, or latest with all accessories as described in RDSO 023 specifications. As covered in the specifications, two nos. each of end plug, cable sealing plug and end cap shall be supplied along with each coil along with adequate no. of plastic couplers (No. of couplers to make a continuous length of the lot + 10% extra) shall be supplied along with each lot including one number of Duct cutter, C spanner and chamfering tool shall be supplied along with each lot of 100 coils. Inspection By RITES.

Supply of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe, as per RDSO specn. no. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 or latest in 6 mtr straight length of size dia 120/103.5 mm (the manufacturer, 024 suppliers must produce valid IS licence and should be certified under ISO 9000 or better and shall submit copy of certificate), with coupling arrangement- 1. Suitable snap fit couplers with rubber O ring, 2. Spacers, 3. End Cap etc., at various locations over the route as advised by Site In charge. Inspection By Consignee.

Supply and installation of Electronic Cable Route markers(with RFID) as per TEC Specification no. TEC/GR/TX/TIE-07/02/Mar-14 or latest, of suitable frequency and color for Telecommunication cables as per the TEC Specifications, to be provided at the spacing of 200metres in the trench and at places/ corners where the route of cable changes including at both ends of Level 01 crossings Road crossings. The Electronic route marker shall also be provided at the all joints also. It includes the programming of Markers as per Instructions of Engineer in charge and preparation& submission of the list of IDs of all Markers installed. The Marker shall be of Specifications to work for minimum 5 feet distance(depth). The Markers and the Marker Locator unit (Locator covered separately) are to be inspected & supplied together of same make and compatible model. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply and installation of Optical fibre cable joint enclosure as per RDSO/SPN/TC/ 02 68/2014, Rev.1.0,Amendment 1, or latest along with4 Nos. of Splice trays, accessories& Jointing materials as mentioned in the Specifications and splicing of Optical Fibre cables (24 fibres) and testing. This includes provision of prefabricated/ RCC Joint pit as per RDSO/TCDO/COP-21. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply and installation of Rack mounted Fiber Management System 19", with all installation material splicing, termination and testing of 2X4 fiber of cable with all connectors and any other material required as per the instruction of site engineer. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 75 mm dia 3 mm thick as per specification No. IS01239, 04 medium grade perforated at a distance of 20 cm or less of required length at culverts/bridges//along the cutting suitably concreted at both ends as per Drg. No. NR/SNT.CON/1.4.97 ar at ASM office/other building suitably fixing it to the walls and at both ends GI clamps of MS flats bolts and nut to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply and Installation of CT Krone Tag Block 100 pair with all its accessories. This includes all material required for fixing including salwood/ hylum board and the hardware required for fixing. Inspection By Consignee

Supply & installation of 20 Pairs DP boxes & termination of cables as per specification, 07 drawing and stipulations of tender document or instruction of Railway Site Incharge. This includes all material required for fixing including hardwood/ hylum board and the hardware required for fixing. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Earthing system as per RDSO Specification no. RDSO/SPN/197/2016 (Ver 1) or latest consisting of Electrode/s as required to achieve earth resistance of minimum 1 Ohm, each electrode of 17mm diameter & 3m long, Earth enhancing compound - 30-35 kg (minimum) for each electrode, MEEB (300mmx25mmx6mm) -01 No. per Station, SEEB (150mmx25mmx6mm) -1No. per Station, including provision of earth connection MEEB to SPD & main earth pit & from SEEB to other S&T equipment i.e. Equipment rack etc. with PVC earth wire of size 16/25 sq.mm through copper lugs of suitable size. Earth value & DOI to be painted as per Std. practice. Note: i) At certain locations, it may not be possible to achieve earth resistance of 1ohm 08 with one earth electrode /pit due to higher soil resistivity. In such cases, provision of loop earth consisting of more than one earth pit shall be done. The number of pits required shall be decided based on the resistance achieved for the earth pits already installed. The procedure mentioned above for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits. ii) The distance between two successive earth electrodes shall be min. 3mtrs. and max. up to twice the length of the earth electrode i.e. 6 mtrs. approx. iii) These earth pits shall then be inter linked using 25X2mm. copper tape or 8mm 20 12 Numbers 21542.11 At Par 258505.32 round solid copper conductor to form a loop using exothermic welding technique. iv) The interconnecting conductor shall be buried at depth not less than 500mm below the ground level. This interconnecting conductor shall also be covered with approximately 30 Kg of earth enhancing compound for each 3 meters length. Inspection By Consignee.

Supply and Installation of VRLA secondary Battery 48V/200AH with all accessories with two no. manual of instructions with each set as per RDSO Specification no. S-93-96, Amendment 1, or latest. Inspection By Consignee.

Supply, Installation,Testing and commissioning of Managed Media Converter 010 (Ethernet/E1to Optical) as per RDSO/SPN/TC/103/2013 Rev.2 or latest. Material should be procured from RDSO approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate should be provided that the material has been manufactured as per RDSO specification attached. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply, installation and testing of LAN extender as per RDSO spec no. 011 RDSO/SPN/TC/82/2013 rev 1.0 or latest. Material should be procured from RDSO approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate shall be provided that the material has been manufactured as per RDSO specification attached. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 8 Nos of 10/100/1000Base-T PoE ports Switch with 2 Nos.SFP port 120W PoE Budget with supply of 2 nos of 1G SFP Single mode optical 012 transceiver modules as per Clause No.14(III) of RDSO Specs.No.RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Ver.6.0 with Latest amendments and Versions. Material should be procured from RDSO approved vendor or OEM supporting certificate shall be provided that the material has been manufactured as per RDSO specification attached. Inspection by Consignee.

Final location Survey of cable route, preparation of cable route, preparation of cable 01 route plan, termination plan, jointing schedules and tapping charts etc. as detailed in the tender document with particular reference to RDSO's code of practice 'For installation & commissioning of 6- Quad cable system' approved drawings and documents shall be supplied in 6 hard copies along with 2 Soft copies in Auto cad of latest version.Inspection by Consignee.

Excavation of cable trench (KACHA) 300mm wide and 1200mm deep in all types of 02 soil, except in Rocky soil as per approved Cable route plan and back filling after laying of HDPE pipes / Telecom cables, ramming of the soil in trenches and consolidation of soil. This also includes clearing of roots of trees and bushes & temporary obstruction on the selected routes. Inspection by Consignee.

Trenchless boring (by using HDD or manual pushing method) for PLBHDPE pipe / GI 03 pipe at built up area, platforms, culverts, track crossing and road Crossing as per approved Cable route plan. Depth of trenchless boring shall not be less than 1500mm from bottom of Rail Flange/Road Level. Inspection by Consignee.

Laying/insertion of PLB-HDPE duct in the trenches/cutting/Trough and HDD/Manual 04 Boring portion including supply & provision of pulling of Nylon rope through it at different places as per directions of engineer in charge with proper couplers / end plug arrangement. Inspection By Consignee.

Blowing/Drawing of OFC through PLB-HDPE / GI pipe by mechanical system. Inspection by Consignee.

Laying of Signalling/Telecom/Power cables of different sizes as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97A and as per cable route plan approved by railway and meggering of cables before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables.Inspection by Consignee.

General concrete work in cement, coarse sand and aggregate ratio 1:3:6 scattered at 07 different places for items not covered in above schedule. Volume of foundation also includes volume of C.I. base, anchor bolts. Coarse sand, aggregate 25mm and cement to be supplied by contractor. Inspection by consignee.

Brick work with well burnt bricks in foundations and plinths with cement and sand (ordinary )mixture of 1:4 ratio. All material is to be supplied by the contractor. Inspection by consignee.

Installation and Commissioning of 2 MB programmable Drop/Insert MUX inside the standard closed rack fully equipped for all types of interface cards and wired for all interface cards inputs/outputs used/unused upto the CT Krone Tag block 100 pair as per site requirements. This 09 included supply and installation of CT Krone Tag Block 100 pair with all its accessories along with all material required for fixing including hylam/teak board of sufficient size with min 1" thickness and the hardware required for fixing. Krone Tag Block (covered separately) will be fixed outside on wall. Required wiring upto the U-link panel for E1 interfacing is also included. The item also includes supply of all wires/cables as required for interfacing to CT Krone Tag block and U-link panel. Inspection by consignee.
