Technical Capacity
The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, which includes RI or El or CLS or ABS or IBS/IBH or Track Circuiting work (using AFTC or Any Axle Counter) involving Indoor & Outdoor work. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated by completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years:
(i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender,
(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender,
or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender.
The bidder may be required to submit the schedule of those works, Completion/Performance Certificates of which have been submitted by him/her in support of 30/40 / 60% (as the case may be) criterion of similar nature of work.
