Design, manufacturing of floor mounted MS feeder post made of MS sheet 16 SWG Die pressed of size 550mm x 450mm x 275mm deep complete with Aluminium bus bars four Nos. having cable glands 2 Nos. duly grouted with cement concrete ratio 1:2:4 duly earthed with earthing terminals.

Earthing arrangement by providing earth electrode of GI pipe 50 mm dia (B class) 4.5 meter long 24 with flange including 6 SWG GI earth wire from earth pipe to connecting point on switch board to distribution board/pole etc. as per site requirement including masonry enclosure as per Tech specification at annexure 'A' relevant ISS & IE rules and site requirements. Supply, laying and connection with GI Strip GI 25x5 mm (galvanized) conforming to relevant IS and as per IS 3043/1987(or Latest Version) 300mm deep in ground/recessing in flooras required.

Supply, testing, commissioning of 16 meter high mast system suitable for 9Nos. LED flood light luminaries (Min.150 Watt) with the help of suitable equipment including accessories control panel for high mast system. Each high mast shall also have one twin dome aviation obstruction light with 2 nos. LED lamp equivalent to BJAOL -2. Make BAJAJ, Osram, PHILIPS, GE. B10Note-Accessories includes 3 point suspension head frame, steel wire rope of suitable dia, double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage & other arrangement for each high 27 mast shall have one Fedder Pillar box as per specification. Control panel includes the control circuit for lowering/raising operation of mast integral detachable power tool with motor including torque limiter time switch and lighting final including lines required for switching.Design / casting of shallow foundation of mast /panel shall be with M-20 concrete. Any alteration/modification shall be done as per site/tech. specification requirement to the satisfaction of Rly.Representative at the cost of firm. The tower shall be as per Tech. Specification at Annexure , IS, IE rules and site requirement.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of astronomical timer based control panel for High Mast tower lighting suitable for 25A 4 P. contactor as per model No. Alpha Rex3 D21, 1 channel Cat Part 412654 of Legrand or equivalent.

Providing SH rail post 1.5/ 2.5 mtrs. Long for safety of high mast. Work includes cutting of 50 or60 30 or 75 or 90 lbs capacity rails in pieces of desired length (1.5/2.5 mtrs.),digging of pit and erection of rail pole (Rails will be supplied by railway and is to be collected by contractor from concerned SSE). The rail pole shall be erected over a cement concrete bed (1:3:6) of 15cm thickness and back filling of pit with excavated earth soil. The depth ofthe pit shall be 0.5 mtrs.or as directed by Site Engineer. These rail poles should be grouted properly.

Excavation of cable trench by cutting/breaking station platform concrete/pucca floor digging 400 mm deep and then refilling after laying of cable as per IS 1255:1983 and technical specification enclosed on a cushion of sand 100mm below and providing protective bricks as per drawing and soil and ramming, leveling and repairing and finishing the said portion of platform with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture100 mm deep from top. I)Trench width 300mm wide for laying up to 3 cables with 9 protective bricks per meter.
