Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens or Glass Beeds capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty for satisfactory field performance as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifications

Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specifications

Provided and fixing of High Intensity cantilever sign or balanced cantilever board of 6 m span made out of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet of size 6.0 x 1.80 mtr. with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012 fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron supported on designed single support system of MS pipe and plates in the form of a cantilever type truss made with 350NB pipe @50kg per mtr as vertical support, 50NB pipe @ 4.50kg per mtr and 40NB pipe @ 3.61kg per mtr for truss including base plates, gusset plates,designed RCC foundation for fixing in ground complete as per clause 802 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67- 2012 .

Shifting of Toll Management System & Server from Km 132+965 (Jagjitpura) to Toll Plaza at Km 127+400 village Malian including providing ducting, cabling, Software Integration & Commissioning Toll Plaza (3- Complete ETC + 1 Hybrid ETC/Cash) on each side as per MoRTH Standards & Specifications and NHAI/ IHMCL latest specification of Hybrid ETC as per IRC SP 84 2019 and NHAI Circulars upto date. Non functional item/ equipment shall be replaced as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & installation of Office Container of size 20’ x 10’ feet (height minimum 8.5 feet) having minimum requirement of L Shape Manager Table, High Back Chair, Working table, In-built toilet, Pantry, Wash Basin, Server Area partition and Fully equipped with Air Conditioning, Fan and Lighting etc to be connected to the source of electricity.

Plain cement concrete M-15 grade as per requirement and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications clause no. 1500, 1700 & 2200 and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge with all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade in sub-structure including form work complete as per requirement and Technical Specifications conforming to MORTH specifications clause no. 1500, 1700 & 2200 and as per directions of the Engineer In-Charge with all leads and lifts complete in all respect. Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement Fe 500 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete in all respects as per technical clause 1600 of MORT&H specifications within all leads and lift and as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Granular Sub-Base (Table 400-1) Construction of granular sub-base by providing material as per grading-III ( Table 400-I of MORT&H 5th revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications

Anti-Glare Devices in Median : Providing and erecting anti - glare screen with rectangular vanes of size 750 x 500 mm made from MS sheet, 3 mm thick and fixed on MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm at an angle of 450 to the direction of flow of traffic, 1.5 m centre to centre, top edge of the screen 1. 75 m above ground level, vertical post firmly embedded in M-15 cement concrete foundation 0.60 m below ground level, applying 2 coats of paint on exposed faces, all complete as per approved design and drawings.
