The important information related to prior work experience under the technical capacity header includes: - The Bidder should furnish the details of eligible experience for the last 10 financial years. - The sum total of payments received for construction of Eligible Project(s) should be more than Rs. 11.22 Crore. - For normal highway projects, the experience period considered is 5 years, and for standalone specialized projects, it is 10 years. - Receipts of or work executed amount less than Rs. 74.80 Lacs shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. - At least one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost, with a value of Rs. 2.99 Crore, shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects. - A project shall be considered completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. - The bidder should have experience in construction of Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. - For Stand-alone Specialized Projects, the bidder should have an aggregate technical experience of Rs. 2.24 Crores for the last 5 financial years, which is 15% of the Estimated project cost. - Eligible Experience is computed based on the weight of factors for different categories of experience, with factors ranging from 0.75 to 1. - Category 1 projects in the highways sector and Category 3 construction in the highways sector have a factor of 1. - Category 2 projects in the core sector and Category 4 construction in the core sector have a factor of 0.75. - Experience in an Eligible Project situated in a developed country which is a member of OECD is further multiplied by a factor of 0.5. - The cost of land and also cost towards pre-construction activities shall not be included, and this amount should not be less than 5% of the estimated project cost. - The threshold technical capacity for normal highway projects and stand-alone specialized projects is based on the Estimated Project Cost (EPC), with specific multipliers applied to the EPC for different project sizes.Similar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience includes: - Construction of projects with estimated capital cost exceeding a specified amount for Categories 1 and 2. - Payments received exceeding Rs. 74.80 Lacs for Categories 3 and 4. - Experience score for an Eligible Project, with conversion rate of USD into Rupees as per Reserve Bank of India's daily representative exchange rates. - Threshold Technical Capacity of 20 percent or more for Joint Venture members. - Experience certificates and approval letters for sub-contracts are required to be submitted. - Type of road, such as NH/SH/MDR/ODR, and scheme under which the work was executed, like CRF, ISC/ EI, SARDP, LWE sanctioned from MoRTH/ Loan Assistance from Multilateral Agencies or on BOT Basis.
