M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 5.5% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for painting line, dashes, arrow, letters etc on road pavement of new/old black top surface road surface and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick & width not exc 10 cm for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experianced operator on road surfaces on including preparation of new/old treated surfaces, cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius. Paint material shall be conforming to ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol -I as laid down in specification of road / bridge work " third revision"

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye alunimum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IS) of size 125mm x 125mm of high efficiency Moncrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD complete all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab / tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, hard standing, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glossy finish paver block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade chemically coloured laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioning including necessary formwork at edges with filling of concrete 1:2:4 type B0 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate includes for cutting of paver blocks for curved portion and sand cushioning.

M&L for precast coloured, chequered cement concrete tiles, of size 305 x 305mm x 25mm thick, conforming to IS-1237 (2006) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including necessary finishing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm aggregate complete all as specified. Note : Rate includes for cutting of tiles for curved portion.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new surfaces of stone, concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of PU enamel paint over a primer coat all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
