INTERNAL ELECRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing of integral driver 30 Watt LED Bldg security light with a nominal system lumen output of 3000 lumens and a minimum system efficeny of 100 lumen/Watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50000 burnings hours at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CC5000K) and a CRI70. The luminaire shall meet IP66 rating with THD 20% & PF 0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium. The total power consumption should not exceed 25W (including driver). Make:- Haells or equivalent in Philips, GE.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Labour for Disconnecting the existing 100/80 mm GI pipe ,suction and delivery end of any type from the existing pipe in under ground and supply and fixing with new pipes of various material and sizes of pipe given in schedule , all as specified and directed. Note The cost of included for fitting like , bends, Tee, Union, Socket, Mechanical Joint, Nipple etc of any size required to connect fro existing pipe to new proposed pipe. The cost of also included excavation required to cutting of pipe.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 1.2m X 1.20mX 1.2mtr (internal dimensions) as under provided with 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:3 finish even and smooth without using extra cement, 4 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping with 25 x 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over acoat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI Mark of capacity 5000 Ltrs 3 layers (cylinderical vertical with closed top threaded type white colour ) hoisted and fixed in position including inlet and out let connection all as specified and directed by EIC. Make Plasto, Sintex, vectus)Stand by for Cooling tower. Note : - The cost shall be included for suitable foundation for water storage tank of size 2 m x 2m x 1.2m height.

Supply installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultrasonic Humidifier, CAP 9 LPH complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water makeup, overflow and drain connections. The transducer shall be interlocked with float switch, supplied with humidifier and humidistate with necessary supports by MS structural steel II required, hangers, clamp supports from walls, floors and ceiling with painting with one coat of primer and two coat of paint to supports of MS work,complete as required and as per specifications.

VFD operated motor (flame-proof), and panel suitable for operation at 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C supply complete with drain connections, stainless steel (20G) drain pan, the engineer-in- charge including testing on completion, ement, flexible duct connector etc., complete as per following:- (a) Fine filter should be located after the fan in the direction of airflow. (b) The AHU should have space for humidifier. VFD panel with VFD (quantified separately), necessary control arrangement to switch off the fan in case of fire, indicating lamp & all safety precautions in a flame-proof powder coated Gl enclosure with necessary power and control cable as required. Fire Damper Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

AMF panel must be inside of the canopy or as per recommendation of OEM. (v) Drawings/cataloged for DG Set and AMF panel got approved by the GE before ordering to the manufacturer
