Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant (Batch Type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MORTH specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MORTH specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Marking streps, Straight lines, zebra crossing and stops 100 mm wide lines not less than 2 mm thick with hot applied thermoplatic road marking paint white or yellow by using automatic mechanical road painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bricks laid flat or on edge, laid dry as in road berms etc. complete including removal complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness.all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 75mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate broken stone) as in sub base all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. all specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completeall as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair Road sign board of made out with two nos post using stainless steel (SS) pipe 50mm dia 2.40mtr high with stainless steel (SS) flat of size 40 x 6 mm duly fixed with ACP sheet 1200x 950x 5mm thick laminated with radium paper including writing /sign with radium tape roll/paper both side of border incl all nesessary drilling bolting or riveting welding etc fixed, compete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repair Solar delinator made of polycarbonate and toughned aluminium alloy body of 80mm dia and 1000mm height, 4 nos LED which gives 360 degree veiwing, solar panel 2.5 V, 1.25 V rechargeable battery-01 nos, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 of block size, 20cm x 30cm x 30cm including necessary earthwork and taking down old unserviceable delinator complete and specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair ABS plastic speed breaker of size 750x75x250mm is designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load of it. The body of the speed breaker is made of ABS material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic wedling process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflection inside and thus it maintain its reflectivity for a long time all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair cautionary sign board made of high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting. It is made of Alcobond sheet/ Aluminium sheet 2mm thick confirming to IS: 736 covered with high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting as per IRC standard and logos in black to be printed and fixed after etching treatment fixed with suitable adhesive . It is painted with epoxy to standard made fixed to structural steel frame of MS angle 25x25x5 mm with nut bolts or riverts ensuring safety.This is fixed to one vertrical post of 50x50x5 mm angle or 50x50 mm square pipe . As required 3mtr long . This is painted in black & white alternative band of 25cm height . One message/ definitions plate of size 600mm/ 900x200 mm is fixed below . Similarly round shaped boards 600mm/ 900mm dia are provided. all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair convex mirror made up of PC materials provided with suitable MS pipe post duly powder coated as per site requirement and should have clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle of size 1000mm dia all as specified and as directed.
