Material and labour for design mix M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete as all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm thick preformed filler for crumple joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundations, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLITION WORKS

Supply and laying in trenches in road cross/ floor/ pole/ wall etc. tube galvanised iron light grade 50mm bore with all fittings for protection for cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits, of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for flat, rough finished surface of concrete (rectangular or circular) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) of 150mm thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc. complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts earthed, grade of size 35sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth 100cm, in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick masonary and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam, lintels, including supports, overhangs. etc for flat, fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality -B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts earthed, grade of size 16sqmm 4 core laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance exc. 50m but not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work for posts and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type any description from fencing post (RCC or Steel) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for M-25 Design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof beams, cantilevers, benching, coping, bedblocks, roof kerbs, bressummers, lintels upto and over 1.5m clear span and the like including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in parapets wall copings, benching cills etc and like weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290. Gde- E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXCAVATION AND EARTHWORK (FOR B/R & E/M WORKS)

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the leghth of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 Watt IP-65 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED security light/ street light with heat resistant toughened glasss including 1.5 mtr long 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe mounting bracket made to shape for fixing on pole with 40mmx6mm flat iron clamp 02 numbers with 16mm dia bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 metres below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers alround, top & bottom and electrode connection by using galvanized iron earth strip 32x6mm connected to earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles, GI pipe light grade 15mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh, GI light grade 40mm bore protection pipe for drawing in earth lead wire, PCC chamber in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 with angle iron 25x25x3mm frame work and pre-cast RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100mm c/c both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and removal of soil to a distance not exc 50 metres and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Srl item 60.00 & 61.00:- (a) The unit rate shall include for GI protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel and excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, galvanised iron wire/ strip from top of earth plate upto 5.0 metres above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 5.0 metres, no price adjustment shall be made. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 50cm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earthing work is not found satisfactory then the contractor shall do another earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. (d) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of beams, landing, chajjas, roof and similar suspended work complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation, shafts, well, manhole, pier holes etc. getting out and forming bottom surfaces by ramming to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plaincement concrete 1:2:4, 100mm thick, type B-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/hard standing, laid in alternate bays & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mateiral & labour for cutting bushes/ shrubs etc and surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soilcomplete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.00 metre.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing plain black mild steel sheeting 0.63mm in ridges, hip, vally gutters, drip and straight flashings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work / concrete surface and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

B/R WORKS

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 80mm thick, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core multi stranded PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor of grade 1100 Volt FRLS cable of size 1.5 sqmm (red for Phase and black for neutral) and including necessary fixing arrangement with wall / roof in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable bore/dia (as specified in SSR Part-I) and 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable PVC unsheathed (green coloured) for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth duly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) 3 runs of cable and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit i.e 1 RM (b) Cutting chases and making good of disturbed surface etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 300mm bore/ dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 metres below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers alround, top & bottom and electrode connection by using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia (8 SWG) connected to earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles, GI pipe light grade 15mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh, GI light grade 20mm bore protection pipe for drawing in earth lead wire, PCC chamber in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 with angle iron 25x25x3mm frame work and pre-cast RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100mm c/c both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and removal of soil to a distance not exc 50 metres and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for RCC NP2 pipe 300mm dia bore and jointed complete with collars as in culvert complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing gates of any description and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillar, posts, struts, columns, piers (square or rectangular) for flat, fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.(B/R=200.44cum, E/M=32.00cum)

Material and labour for desgin mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, plain, 1.60mm thick black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc. with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles type 410SP-31(9.0 meter long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including painting of poles as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation & earth work, returning filling and PCC for poles shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick (Each layer) complete all as specified and directed.(Security Wall Works-1438.80cum & E/M Works=131cum)

Supply and fixing PVC looping box comprising of one No 6 Amps SP MCB and connecting terminals 4 way including necessary clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors/ in pavings/ in foundations/ trenches for cushioning of underground electric cables and consolidation complete all as specified. (B/R=22.50cum, E/M=68.00cum) Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Material & labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed
