Supplying, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning of capacity 840 KWp AC output rooftop Solar PV plant (generation) at various Mil station under HQ CEBZ each of capacity as follows:- (a) 440 KWp AC output at Bathinda Mil Stn should generate minimum output of 1760 units (KWHr)/day. (b) 160 KWp AC output at Faridkot Mil Stn should generate minimum output of 640 units (KWHr) /day. (c) 90 KWp AC output at Lalgarh Jattan Mil Stn should generate minimum output of 360 units (KWHr)/ day. (d) 90 KWp AC output at Abohar Mil Stn should generate minimum output of 360 units (KWHr) /day. (e) 60 KW AC output at Fazilka Mil Stn should generate minimum output of 240 units (KWHr) / day. PV output mechanism (battery less) comprising of following sub-components meeting the specifications as per guidlines of MNRE and BIS/IEC latest ammendements. Note- Design of solar plant shall be got vetted from any one of the approved MNRE consultants.

PV MODULES:- The PV modules (Indian Make) from the approved ALMM list of MNRE must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval: Monocrystalline silicon PERC modules with min module efficiency of 20% terrestrial PV Modules:IEC61215/IS14286/ Equivalent IS (if available as on last date of receipt of tender) In addition,the modules must conform to IEC 61701 Salt mist corrosion testing, IEC 62804- Certification for PID resistance ,IEC61730Part1-requirements for construction &Part2-requirements for testing,for safety qualification or Equivalent IS.:PV modules must qualify (enclose test reports/certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard. Low voltage drop bypass diodes shall be provided and have overall tollerance limit of +-3%

Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID),which must contain the following information:(i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells(iii) Month and year of the manufacture (separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)(v) I-V curve for the module(vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module(vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module(viii)Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series. Note:RFID shall be mandatorily placed inside the module laminate.
