S&F 32mm dia GI pipe 450mm long beveled cut at both ends by making hole in walls sunken portion approx above the R C C slab and ceiling finished the hole with cement plaster 1:2 to match with existing surfaces complete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises .

M&L Non skid jointless cerermic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid jointless cerermic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but in vertical surfaces as Dedo/Skirting and rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished surfaces to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made soild panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed togehter with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other frames/ Chowkhat of size 62x32mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-90 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder /rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full boky threaded star headed SS screws having minium frames density of 750 Kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edgn minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm, mokules of elasticity 900 N/mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required MS hold fast / lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per diredtion of Engineer-in-charge (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i,e, depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimesnsions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra pauyment on this account shall be made.

Water/Moisture proof, fire retardant and fixing with SS butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 15 & 16 :- (i) Material test certificate and authentication shall be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company. (ii) Contractor shall submit e-way bill, Purchase Voucher, Test certificate/ Test report etc alongwith payment. (iii) Work shall be executed through original manufacturer / Authorised representative.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer above 2mm thick wall putty, on new surfaces including, complete all as specified and directed.
