ROAD, PATH AND CULVERTS WORKS

Material and labour for providing and marking broken/continuous central end line on the road pavement and the like of description and width usinghot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing 8% reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135 conforming to MOSRT&H complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNA WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Cutting of Galvanised iron pipes 50 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying and insertion of new reducing Tee as required to make connection including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work required for execution of work against this item is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit brick masonry size cm 75 cm x 75 cm x 75 cm (internal dimension) including necessary excavation earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, brick work in CM 1:4 , 15 mm thick internal plaster in CM 1:4, frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x6mm, MS sheet cover 3 mm thick, all MS work painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNA ELECTRIFICATION SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for lighting Junction box made of thermoplastic, with IP 66 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, light weight, Acid resistant, Corrosion proof, insulated and shock proof, fire retardant , self extinguishing, Halogen & Silica free non- Toxic material,UV resistant with internally embedded Gasket, size of (130 x 180 x 77 mm ) fitted with required 1 no 4 way terminal. The product should hold type test certificates and verification by glow-wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11.Cat no-DK 1010G ( Make Hensel) with 6 Amp MCB SP neutral link with suitable copper busbar for connection of 10 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long bent to required angle/shape with and 2xpair of MS clamps made out 40mmx5mm MS flat iron bolts,nuts complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint (first grade) over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable 1100 volts for connection from Juction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.. Make :Polycab/ Havells or equivalent.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, front & rear openable with locking arrangement, suitable for AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made out of 3.15 thick CRCA/MS sheet (Min size 1.5 m x 0.5 m x 1.0 m ) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both sides. The panel shall have proper compartments as per IS specification and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor FRLS cable not less than 2.5 Sqmm with thimbles all as directed.Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr hight from GL & 1/2 mtr for Below GL embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregates. The panel shall comprise of following:- (i) Panel having common aluminium bus bar of capacity 125 Amp TPN each and suitable capacity TPN bus bar for outgoing MCCB's,including aluminium lugs to connect the cable and cable gland for Each cable entry as per cable size. Incoming (a) MCCB 63 Amp, Four pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, with breaking capacity 16 KA -01 No. Outgoing (a) MCCB 40 Amps, Four Pole 415 V, 50 Hz with breaking capacity 16 KA -02 Nos. (b) Digital Volt meter 0-500 Volts with selector switch (c) Digital Ampere meter 0-200 Amp, 3 Phase, 96x96 Sqmm with CT ratio 200/5 (d) Indicator lamp LED type of (R,Y,B) set of 3 Nos (e) Timer switches 415 V three Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor - 02 Nos
