Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified & as directed.

Returnig, filling in, incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer above or below ground level complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and fair without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI) marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of guage exc. 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone agregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide and filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, watering etc in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 cement concrete type 40mm aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections fixed independently with or without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths ie within 20mm of the length confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gentries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, Tee, angle, channel or flat sections including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc. confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour approved by the AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in or grith, not otherwise described, over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECRIFICATION WORK

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete including relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure (AMF Panel), control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms 4+ Compliant of capacity 125 KVA , Factory assembled, shrinkpacked, canopised disel generator set Air Cooled diesel engine directly coupled to alternator (Brushless), both mounted on a common base frame complete with standard control panel, fuel tank, battery leads, first fill of Engine oil, coolant and all standard accessories built into the canopy, Service manual along with cat part list and price list-03 sets as specified and as directed. DG Set shall be equipped with : (i) Disel Engine complete with all accessories comply with the IS 10002/BS 5514/ISO 3046 latest edition, tuurbo charged multi cylinder V type in line type with mechanical fuel injection system, the engine with all accessories shall be enclosed in a enclosure to make it work silently (Within permissible noise level), air cooled (ii) An alternator directly coupled to the engine through coupling complete with all accessories shall comply with BS 2613/IS 4722/IEC 34 latest edition. The alternator shall be continuosly rated duty suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. Power development having brush less, synchronous, self excited, self regulating system, the rotor shall be dynamically balanced to minimize vibration, the alternator shall be fitted with shaft mounted centrifugal fan, alternator regulator shall be directly coupled to the engine and shall be complete with the excitation system, automatic voltage regulation of +/- 1%, voltage adjusting potentiometer and under/over speed protection, terminal box suitable for termination of 95 Sq mm 3.5 Core XLPE cable, one spare set of terminal shall also be available for connection (iii) Automatic voltage regulator (iv) Complete starting arrangement, including battery with battery chargers, one number of 12 V batteries complete with all leads, terminals and stand shall be provided. The battery shall have sufficient capacity to give 10 Nos successive starting impulse to the disel engine,the battery charger shall be completed with transformer, suitable tating (415V, 3 Ph, 50 HZ/230V, 1 Ph, 50 HZ) rectifier circuit , DC Ammeter & Voltmeter, Charger shall be provided with output voltmeter & Ammeter

(v) The engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common heavy duty, rigid fabricated steel base frame constructed with ISMC of suitable sections, adequate number of anti-vibration mounting pads shall be fixed on the common base frame on which engine and alternator mounted to isolate the vibration from passing on to the common base frame or the foundation of the DG set (vi) Fuel Tank of appropriate capacity shall be provided on a suitably fabricated steel platform. The tank shall be completed with level indicator marked in litres, filling inlet with removable screen, an outlet, a drain plug , an air vent , an air breather and necesscary piping. The tank shall be painted with oil resistant paint. The fuel piping shall be carried out to connect the DG set. (vii) Engine Cooling and lubrication system (viii) Engine air filtering system (ix) Exhaust silencer package (x) Set of GI pipes, valves, strainers, unloading hose pipes as required for fuel transfer system from storage area to fuel tank including electrically driven fuel pump (xi) All lubricants , consumable, touch up paints etc for first filing, testing & commissioning at site. The fuel oil for first commissioning will also be provided by the contractor Constituents of AMF Panel (i) 4 X 20 Characer back lit LCD on front fascia for showing various parameters of mains & DG i.e 3 Ph voltage, 3 Ph current, frequency, KWH of mains, KWH generated by DG, PF of all three phases, DG battery voltage, DG speed etc (ii) 4 Pole MCCBs. The rating of MCCB should be in accordance with the KVA rating of DG set (iii) Contactors of appropriate rating for mains and for DG supply should be provided. (iii) Potential free contacts for extension of alarms (6 Nos ) i.e fuel, LLOP, Mains fail, Engine fail to start, Canopy door opening, water temp (iv) Microprocessor based Automatic Mains failure controller (v) AC and DC wiring shall be seperated , connection of control wiring shall be done with connector strips and ferrules for identification on both ends, Push button for stop, reset and acknowledge, RYB LED indication , DC ammeter and Voltmeter with selector switch NOTE : The Pre-commissioning test of above DG set shall have to be carried out in presence of IEM or any other officer as detailed by accepting officer. The expenditure for testing including cost of fuel consumed/equipment required for testing including cost of fuel consumed /equipment required for testing shall have to be born by the contractor and which shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be paid for this account. The testing shall be carried for 12 hours continously with one hour 10% overload in 12 hours.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying PCC cable covers of Class LV, Type-I (flat) of size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection prependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 80mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement with and including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement with and including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door, 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 125 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved as per latest norms, OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels made by aprroved enclosures in MES & they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing]. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 25mmx4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 32mm dia bore, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe with funnel & wire mesh, with and including including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 2 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 2 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.
