Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 9.5 mm to 10.5mm thick 600mm x 300mm size in verticle surface including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply & Fixing 15mm bore chromium plated quarter turn Pillar cock screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered Hot ot Cold with long screwed shanks and flynuts screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing 15 mm bore chromium plated fancy type stop valve of cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Supply & Fixing in repair brass chromium plated shower rose 70 mm of size with arm and with or without swivel joints to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Supply & Fixing in repairs 15 mm dia bore chromium plated quarter turn concealed stop valves of cast copper alloy fancy type with long shank & cup etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing long neck PVC SWR Type-B P trap size 32mm bore ,300mm long for wash basins with inlet and outlet including necessary packing, union and cap and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 15 mm dia ISI Mark bore chromium plated long body with wall flanges bib taps cast copper alloy, screwed for iron pipe, or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing 16 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11and plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC low level cistern of 10 ltrs capacity with top push buttion inclusive of brackets and PVC bend long type and connectin to flush pipe of any size and pattern with inlet ball valve float and handle complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including taking down old plaster all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by the other mean and after preparing the surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour prepration of internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and labour for preparation of newly exterior plastered / concrete surface of wall / Pillars / cornices and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including one coat of exterior emulsion primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using the brands of exterior emulsion paint and exterior emulsion primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Material and Labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in slab at the interval of 300 mm or as directed by Enginner-in-charge in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout for column, beam and roof slab having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength = 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM D 695; Tensile Strength = 30 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv ) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed

Note for Serial item Nos. 8.00, 10.00,11.00,13.00,14.00,15.00,16.00,18.00,19.00 , 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 & 23.00 of BoQ:- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item Nos.8.00, 10.00,11.00,13.00,14.00,15.00,16.00,18.00,19.00 , 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 & 23.00 of BoQ shall be deposited in the store yard of concerned Engineer-in-charge of GE South Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.
