M & L for LED Mirror light fitting of 9/10 watt, 6000 K, complete ready to use in all respect and including taking down of existing fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing recessed mounted LED ceiling light with wide light window for maximized glare free output suitable for 600x 600mm and ceiling fitting with separate electronic driver and high brightness LEDs 36 W (100 lumens per watt), not less than 5700K including connecting electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing surface mounted LED ceiling light with wide light window for maximized glare free output suitable for 600x 600mm with separate electronic driver and high brightness LEDs 36 W (100 lumens per watt), not less than 5700K including connecting electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing IP 66 flood light with high power LEDs 160/170 Watt 6000K complete fitting incl taking down old unsv light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in Charge . Note: Cost of making arrangements for replacing the light fitting at hanger roof/ wall or any position shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing IP 65 flood light with high power LED 50 Watt 6000K complete fitting incl taking down old unsv light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in Charge, . Note: Cost of making arrangements for replacing the light fitting at hanger roof/ wall or any position shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for repairing/servicing and making functional of faulty control panel of motor/gear box as per site including all other unserviceable parts of control panel which required for making smooth functional of motorised sliding door and testing and connections on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of worn out relay of any capacity,fuses, MCBs, wiring of panel etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Disconnecting carefully upto 10 HP three phase motor with gear box lifting from site of installation and taking to repair workshop in vehicle, dismantling the unserviceable motor winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire with existing gauge, varnishing and dismantling the unserviceable gear box cleaning dust/oil from gears replace damaged gears with new gears and other parts of gear box for smooth functioning and reassembeling the motor and gear box after replacement of unserviceable parts/components, testing at workshop and transporting the same from workshop to site re-installation and necessary testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of new spare parts/components and consumables like oil/grease/lubricants etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Disconnecting carefully unserviceable VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) from control panel and replace VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) of existing specification for motor in control panel as per existing size & capacity making electrical connection with using suitable copper conductor cable including taking out old unserviceable VFD complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for twin LED aviation obstruction lights fitting 15 W sensor based complete at the hanger/bldg/tower top IP65 with provn of three core copper cable of suitable size with connector in steel PVC conduit after providing necessary clamps incl taking down unserviceable obstruction lights complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of making arrangements for replacing the light fitting at hanger/bldg/tower top or any position directed by the Engr in Charge, deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for earthing with copper plate electorde of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level sourrounded from all sides with alternate layers of coal dust and common salt, connected to and incl copper strip as size 20x3 mm earth lead connected by menals of brass bolts, nuts washer & check nuts etc conneted to earth test point/main distribution board incl 32mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to extent 7.5 mtr as earthing lead and GI pipe 20 mm bore for watering including proviuding funnel and wire mesh, 10mm thick CI cover hanged to CFI frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded sone aggregates complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead with insulators fixed to wall on batten or recess ro chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required Copper Strip 20x 3 mm complete all as specified and dirceted.

All as per item ser no 42 here in before but earthing with GI wire 4mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S & F repair of Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.
