S&F in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of cross sectional area 10 sq mm stranded conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made out of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) with 100 amps 25 kA FP MCCB along with spreaded Link for conection complete all as specfied and directed as per site Requirment.

Supply,installation, commissioning & testing of bus bar chamber of size 600 x 400 x 250 mm made up of MS Sheet 3.15 mm ,powder quoted with RAL 7032 code ( Siemens Grey) and aluminum strip of size 50 x 6 mm -04 Nos (300mm long ) and sutiable size of angle iron stand for mouning panel complete all as specfied and directed and as per site Requirment.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 including dismantling of old UNSV pole, numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping in black and white strip alternatively each 30 cm wide complete all as specfied and directed. (Note: Earth work including excavation, Returning filing, PCC work,removing excated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for ACSR conductor for over head lines on pole stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire and dismantling old UNSV ACSR conductor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for galvanized stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L for Loop type insulator (for stay assembly) vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with over all dimentions 140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator in replacement having working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator nuts, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of PCC (1:2:4) pit with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinfored with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, 15cm thick layer of common salt and charcoal filling laid alround the plate, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and removal at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as per electric plate No 3 on SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point complete all as specified or directed including testing on completion.

S&F PVC pipe heavy duty 20 mm dia 3 meter lenth fixed to pole with clamp made out of 40x3 mm FI with nut, bolts & washer etc for running cable complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old UNSV light fitting of any type and S&F LED light fitting 45 W LED, CCT not less 6000K pressure die cast aluminium housing ,heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection LED lumen efficacy not less then 120 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED complete fixed on new bracket and making connections with provision of PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded)FR cable of 1.5 Sq mm size in PVC conduit with clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Crompton Modle Nexus+ cat part No LSTP-45-CDL or equivalent in any of the make mentioned in list of products. (Note: New bracket and PVC wire will be paid and measured separetly under respective item of schedule)

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure of suitable size out door type fabricated out of 2.4 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof having entry from lower side with cable gland for cable of size 16 Sq mm 4 core with aluminium bus bar three phase and nautral current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar should be upto 63 Amps mounted on poreclain insulator complete with operating voltage 220 volts, 50 Hz including one number MCB of capacity 6 amp 10 KA 'C' curve for street light mounted in sheet enclosure prewired with minimum 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable with lugs including locking arrangement complete and enclosure fitting on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers including making connection from Junction box to S/L fitting with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FR cable for phase, neutral and earth duly passing through inside steel tublar Pole complete or all as specified and directed. (1.5 Sqmm three core FR cable from Jnction box to S/L fittings is paid separately.)

M&L for of bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Automatic street light timer switch single phase Timelite 32 A3 pole/230v Anolog Time switch model as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of Nature Switch-02 as the controlling unit, Power Contactor(s) & MCBs 32 Amps (both Input-Output) of suitable power rating and Copper wiring (min.10 sq.mm.) with proper lugs & terminal blocks. The metal enclosure comes complete with open able door and mounting clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade with all fittings for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing/ fixed to wall/ pole of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 1,27,184.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
