HYDRAULIC RAMPS Movable steel loading hydraulic ramp, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SINAGE BOARD Corrosion free stainless steel pipe of size 40mm bore, outer dia 48.26 mm round/square, of grade 304-1500-1900-40S as in framework for sign boards & similar work including cutting, bending, welding and legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) after excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and directed. Note:-PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

High intensity retro reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel pipes as required. Sign boards shall be reflective on both sides with wide HP sheet and overlay film of blue/green colour with computer cut letters/sign and border made of high intensity grade white/yellow sheeting and mechanically fixed on ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:-(i) Stainless steel pipe will be measured and paid for separately under item no.02 above. (ii) The rate shall include all computerized lettering of any height, width and any Nos and may consist of letter, symbols or alphabets in any pattern and of any size etc complete as per data provided during execution. (iii) The sign board shall be manufactured as per sample kept in GE office.

INTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS Concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable PVC conduit (minimum 25mm bore size 2mm wall thickness) and conduit accessories concealed in walls/ceiling/floors all as per IS including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes (Heavy duty) with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, bell push etc, including 1.5 Sq.mm multistranded copper conductor with green PVC FRLS-H insulated unsheathed earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/bell/fan point (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) controlled by one number one way switch or one number one way switch and regulator

ROAD, PATH, CULVERTS AND HARDSTANDING WORKS Providing, Laying, compaction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications i.e Grading II, conforming to Clause 401 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to achieve the desired density, 150 mm thick compacted thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Preparation of un-surfaced Wet Mix macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50 mm Compacted thickness conforming to Clause 504 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), premixed with bituminous binder, Bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 504.2.4 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Preparation of surfaces and applying evenly a Tack coat conforming to Clause 503 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing GI pipe and reducing to required length in position for inserting of new tees branches, collars, bends etc for 80 mm bore pipes , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Both sides cutting shall be measured as one unit) NOTE : Cost of tee with jointing material shall also be included in quoted rates.

Cutting existing CI/DI pipe and reducing to required length in position for inserting of new tees branches, collars bends etc for 200x200x100mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : Cost of tee with jointing material shall also be including inquoted rates.

Centrifugally cast ductile iron pressure pipe 100 mm bore, with socket & spigot ends ISI marked with IS 8329/2000 classification K9, In standard length of 5.5 - 6 mtr suitable for and including push on joint (gasket D jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-Ductile iron fittings will be measured and paid for separately.

Ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket/spigot caps and plugs suitable upto 200 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes of K-9 classification including nuts,bolts,washer and push on flexible rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

EXT ELECTRIC SUPPLY & LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT Panel of appropriate dimensions (as per Indian Electricity rules) to accommodate following components, outdoor type, platform/floor mounted front and back openable, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having 01 No bus bar chambers with insulated Aluminium bus bars 400 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators 4 wire extendible in both ends, fully compartmentalized for each control gear having back side of panel openable (Keeping in mind the space constraints at site) and shall be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current & shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right the bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, & shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing vibration, fluctuation in temp, shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring shall be done with multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves etc. The bottom of the panel shall contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs -02 Nos. shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, duly power coated with Siemens grey shade RAL 7032 over one coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys for both shutters}.

The LT Panel shall have centre lift up type slanting roof rain hood made up of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet. The depth and width of the rain hood shall be at least 120% of the depth and width of pillars. Internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. The scope of work includes the following:- INCOMING (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 01 Set (b) MCCB four pole 40 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No. OUTGOING (a) MCB SPN 40 Amps, 240 volts, C-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I - 01 No. (b) MCB SPN 10 Amps, 240 volts, C-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I - 02 Nos. (c) Digital Amp meter 0-600 Amps, square flush mounted with inbuilt selector switch –01 No. (d) Digital Volt meter (0-500V) square flush mounted with inbuilt selector switch – 01 No (e) Indication lamps R,Y,B ( LED type) - 01 Set.

Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC and grouting of stand in PCC 1:2:4 having a depth of 150mm below G.L and 100 mm above the G.L with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) All MCCBs/instruments/MCBs/Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on-off latches in the housing. (g) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 57.00, 57.10 & 57.20 shall be quoted against Srl No. 57.00 of BOQ.

Static Discharge Handles made out of 20mm dia, 500mm length electrolytic copper solid rod fixed on wall with Dough moulding compound (DMC) insulator, brass spacers and connected to the static discharge conductor/ 20 X 3 mm copper strip with brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-.

3.5 Core 50 Sqmm (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

Supplying, transporting to site errecting and fixing in position Steel tubular swaged pole, 12 metres long, type 410 SP-64, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 5 nos band/straps in white/black colour alternatively (300mm wide EACH) using fluorescent paint commencing from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for earthing complete with 600x600x3.15 mm copper plate surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternative layers buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth non less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with LP edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 25x3 mm as earthing lead by means of boards, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanized iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipes for watering with funnel, wiremash and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 2:2:4 type -B1 and 50 mm thick RCC M-25L (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 Kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common all as shjown and specified in electrical plate No 3 of SI Paart I of 1991, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

FIRE ALARM Supply,Installation, Testing and commissioning of conventional manual call points, complete with hammer and chain in the event of smoke or fire is detected by individual complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply, installation, tasting of conventional 4 Zone fir alaram control and indicating panel, microprocessor based, time for dual stage alarm facilities complete with fire and faut indicator, with stand by maintenance free lead asid battery ( suitable for 24 hrs normal operation and after that minimum 30 Minutes for full load operation), battery charger unit with boost and trickle charger, battery box, connections to buildin automation system/fire fightiing pump panel etc. as required, complete in all respect as per specifications and reuirements.Each zone should have provision of acitvation of hooter, fitting and accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . 1) Provision to connect zone wise sounder (RE-25ZS) provided in separate cabinet. 2) Provision to connect zone wise relay(RE-25ZC) provided in separate cabinet. 3) Provision to connect repeater panel through RS-485 with RE-RP series.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty FRLSH cable with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2.5 sq. mm nominal cross section 4 core, having 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Digital thermo hygro meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

MS conduits 25 mm dia 1.6 mm thick run surface conduit on wall surface of wall/above false ceiling including painting with 2 coats of Red colour paint for exposed part and all fixing accessories/materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply,installation,Testing and commissioning of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unarmoured copper cable for SLC loop and power supply including one single core FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable multistranded of size 1.0 sq mm as earthwire fix to wall etc confirming to IS standards snd specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

DEMOLITION Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete from existing conduits, from PVC Casing/capping with all fittings, such as flame proof switches, flame proof light fittings, flame proof junctions, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, flame proof sockets etc and removal of old material from site complete all as specified and directed to match with existing surfaces.
