M&L for prepration of old decorated surfaces of walls, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered surfaces of wall any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint for writing of bldg number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high completet one set at one place with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting of trees, grass bushes etc from brick wall/roof/ other Part of building including dismantling the required brick work/ roof tiles /mud/concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surface with same material or concrete 1:2:4 after pouring the chemical (Which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation remove.The rate for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height included .

Removing existing paint by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sanding paper of 60/80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty @ 1.0 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints or any other approved make over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute) or equivalent Step 2 : Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 227 bar having maximum tip size 0.039" Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Step 4: Apply second coat of the prepared mixer manually to make to smooth to make the finish even. Step 5: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sanding paper of 180 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min.1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in 1:3 CM with using appropriate WPC as per manufacturer's information from SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/ DR Fixit/ STP/CICO on brick/concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete Type A0 1:1.5:3 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)

M&L for priming surfaces with bituminous primer polymerised primer oil based @ 0.30kg per Sqm.

M&L for applying coat of industrial bituminous 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per squqre mtr including cleaning surfaces.

M&L APP based polymeric membrance minimum weight not less than 3.0kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application(Complete surface sealed by gas flame) with over lap of 15 cm complete all as specified and directed complete all as spd and directed.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete flooring type B-1, 1 :2 : 4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M& L Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 using 40mm graded brick aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete as in sunken floor.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built, in cement mortar Superficial area N.exc 150 sq. cm upto 23cm of depth of wall for repairing of existing spout pipe,

M & L for 40mm dia GI pipe,med grade beveled cut at both ends by making hole in walls sunken portion aprox above the RCC slab and ceiling finished the hole with cement plaster 1:2 to match with existing surface complete etc.(Measured for cutting holes shall be paid in concerned sch item)

Taking down existing water proofing from roof slab and cleaning the roof slab incl scrapping of existing lose concrete from roof top and washing with water com-plete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg in padding Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on top of roof slab in cement mortar 1:4 with using appropriate WPC as per manufacturer's information from SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/ DR Fixit/ STP/CICO on brick/concrete surface, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement.

Providing and applying liquid Polyurea-PU based hybrid elastomeric water proofing membrane at existing/newly constructed roofs, RCC structure like basement raft, retaining wall, water retaining structure, tunnels/subways and bridge deck etc. in two or more coats. The product must have pot life of 90 mins., tensile strength 12.6 Mpa, elongation of 500% conforming to ASTM D 2370 & puncture resistance of 200 N as per ASTM E 154 with min. consumption of 1.5 Kg per sqm for 1.2mm DFT in two- three coats. The surface needs to be primed with water soluble self impregnated epoxy primer in two coats to be applied @ 200-250 gms/sqm/coat prior to Polyurea -PU application. Furthermor, (in case the substrate is not suitable) 15mm plaster is advisable for surface prepration before application of the water proofing membrane to avoid pinholes or functional difficulties of the system (Make - Asian Paints, BASF & SIKA) Note:- The application shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacture with a letter of proof stating the authenticity of the applicator firm.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified.

Cleaning/Roughening surfaces of old concerete floor/roof by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to romove the dust etc complete all as spd.

Fixing only 40mm th. Brick tiles laid on 15mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 100mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required.

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation. Scarpping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concreat (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggrigates and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) of weight exc 2 kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 sqm each and thickness of R.C.C member n.exc 75mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Cost of form work and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.
