Supply and fixing in replacement of Unsv driver for LED street of capacity 30 to 70Watt for any make and type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair metal core PCB/MCPCB copper& Aluminium core boards of street light any make of capacity 60 watt 3000K all as specified and dirrected.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long, including MS clamps made out out of MS flat iron of size 40X4mm thick with nuts&bolts,washers complete including dismantling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of SINGLE phase 8 KW Automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof , termite proof and FR grade with Hensel Enclosures, conforming to IP66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fixing MCB 5 to 32 Amp, SP 'C' series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3 pole power contactor of amp rating 25 to 45 Amps as per existing make and rating all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of LED post top lantern with die cast housing cum heat sink with PMMA diffuser in IP-66 fitting of 30 Watt all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Bollard LED light cap 16 Watt all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Weather proof flat twin core cable aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade size 10 Sqmm including taking out old one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Alluminium lugs eye type suitable for cable size 6 sq mm to 10 including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 above but of size 16 sqmm to 35 sq mm

Supply & fix LT straight through Cable joining kit heat shrinkabale complete with jointing materials suitable for LT Armoured cable 2/4 core of size 35 Sqmm all as directed

Supply and fixing Weather proof flat twin core cable aluminium conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 2 core all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of junction box poly corbonate with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and Din rail for fixing the MCB including one No. MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole removing complete dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 9 to 12 metres cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining and repainting existing marking on pole and replacement of reflective band of 3M brand RED-YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers of minimum 5 cm in height wrapped all around the pole all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of shackle type insulator porcelain vitrous white, brown or green insulator incl galvanised mild steel straps washers insulators bolts washers of size 75x90 mm all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M & L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electic cablewith stranded aluminim conductor 1100 volts grade of crossectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes/in floor road/along the pole etc all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Contractor provide 01 year warranty of the Cable after completion of the work. Within one year found any fault of the cable contractor shall be replaced/rectify the same on own cost.

All as per Srl item No 26 above but of size 25 sqmm 4 core

M&L for binding the dislocated conductor with insulator on polewith aluminium conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Aluminium conductor for binding provided by the contractor on the quoted rate. (ii) Binding of 2x insulator measured as ONE JOB.

M & L for painting the PCC pole of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including all MS fitting street light brackets MS flate angle iron GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed to match the existing poles.

M & L in replacement of sensor (NS-02) for single phase/three phase as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing high intensity , energy saving long range multi functional auto switch LED search light of beam range not less than 500 meters, 2x200 watt LED lights,narrow beam 8 degree , die cast LM6 housing with heat sink round body with air fins , powder coated with average lux level at 10 meter - 4000 lumen (approx) with circle of approx 1 meter IP 66 conforming to LM 79 & 80 report . The search light will be installed on the disc of the revolving mechanism with suitable motor gear unit and designed of rotate 360 degree continously in horizontalplane with speed controlled to 1-10 Amp RF buttns with in built push to titling option upto 45 degree including a wall mounted wired contronl panel with earthing terminal and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp in replaceemnt metal halide flood light hoarding light luminaire complete all accessories, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 32 above but 120 watt all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / Tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, Flood light, Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition , Shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (a) Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation by JE E&M Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (b) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
