Taking out old unserviceable LT panel complete for taking credit as per Sch of credit including any type of civil work involved complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl Item No 34.00 & 35.00 : (i) The decision of Engineer in charge/GE regarding decision of serviceability condition of panel will be final. Unserviceable panel shall be property of contractor after deduction Sch of credit only. (ii) No claim of contractor will be entertained on this account.
