M&L for HDPE DWC pipe confirming to IS-16098 of 150mm internal dia pressure rating SN-08 laid in tranches and jointed with rubber seal and coupler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc., single 'Y' junction including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. as in soils.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed as in soils.

Demolition of brick or stone/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Cement concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the debris from site

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition.

Precast reinforced cement concrete, type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggreagate)as in in landings, manhole cover set in cement mortor 1:6 , including neccessory form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-TMT bars will be masured and paid sepretly)

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete/stone surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in , plinth protection and surface finished even and fair with out using extra cement including making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) floor traps plain with grating and 300 mm long out let including jointing with cement concrete type B -1 1:2:4 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bends 110mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15cm deep in foul condition for removing heaps of waste, cleaning of flora, fauma, follage and bushes around septic tanks,manholes and soak pits removing debris/ heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place where complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hardcore of Broken stone or boulders n.exc. 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F 38 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips in flooring by fixing in position and making square or rectagle for casting concrete in flooring.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (Orissa pattern white of size 580 mm x 440mm with integral foot rest, CI "P" or "S" trap all fittings complete including connection to trap and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe including making good to floor,cleaning surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out [desilting] silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state from the manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the man hole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as specified and as directed for manholes of following size of manholes of depth not exceeding 1.00 meter

Taking out [desilting] silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state from the manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the man hole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as specified and as directed for manholes of following size of manholes of depth exceeding 1.50 meter but not exceeding 2.00 meter

Taking out [desilting] silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state from the manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, slugging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the man hole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as specified and as directed for manholes of following size of manholes of depth exceeding 2 meter but not exceeding 4.50 meter

Cleaning of sewage line in any depth including affected/connected manholes and desludging, dewatering of man hole of any size by mechanical sucking/pressure pump(truck mounted) including cleaning of connected sewage pipe line of size 100/150/160/200/300mm bore laid in trenches and any length,including water closet, gully trap etc by hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site flushing the line and manholes with water as to make the fully functional line with man hole to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and removing sludge out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excavated pits and covering the same. Adequate water for flush out sludge to be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.Pipe line including manholes cleared/ cleaned under this item is to arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.pipe line including manholes cleared/cleaned under this item is to be maintained by the contractor and kept fully functional by removing any type of blokage of entire period of completion of work without any extra cost and refixing manhole cover after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note: unit rate quoted by tendere shall include taking out sludge from line and manhole(liquid,semi-liquid,solid) excavation of borrow pit for dumping sludge, removing including loading, unloading and transportation etc Note:- (i) Hydraulic Jet pressure and mechanical sucking machine will be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rate for the same is included in this item.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 34,200.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
