Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying testing and connecting 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electrical cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/ducts/wall or through pipe with suitable size of cable glands, criping type cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm thick layer below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick protection with well burnt sub class ‘B’ brick a butting each other( width wise) across the cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for tubing GI light grade 50mm bore laid in trenches, ducts, floor for protection of cable, fixed to wall or poles including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ;normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20X3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 40 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt after mixing with BFC (Back Fill Compound) inadeqate quantity as recommended by the manufacturer or as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Copper strip 20x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/ down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel KIOSK type floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type double door, powder coated of size 1.5x1.2x0.6 mtr or suitable for given items, factory fabricated, made out of MS sheet of thickness 2mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm withn friont & rear opening with locking arrangement, powder coated, contain bus bar chamber to accommodate 3phase & 1 nutral copper busbar of size 40 x 10mm fixed on hydroscopic based insulators in horizontal position(steped manner) in upper part of panel; In middle part of panel provide seprate chambers for 01 No. incomming MCCB and 03 Nos. for Outgoing MCCBs connected to busbar by copper strip of size 20 x 5mm; bottom part acoommodate connections of Cables complete all as required on site and as directed by Engineer-incharge including the Following :-(a) MCCB 125 Amps TP 35 Ka (adjustable type) . I/C - 01 No. (b) MCCB 63 Amps TP 35 Ka (adjustable type) . O/G - 03 No. (c) Digital Multi-function meter – 01 No (d) Set of selecor switches - 01 Set (e) Indicator lamps (R, Y. B) – 01 Set. ( Note ) All accessories pre wired with suitable size copper conductor cable including making necessary arrangements for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Peris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch/DB/ changeover/AC box of any capacity including fixing accessories of single/three phasecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Concealed point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead/telephone socket etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (a) One light, fan, call bell point controlled by one switch.

(b) One light point controlled by two 2-way switch

(c) One 5 Amp socket point controlled by one switch on same board

(d) 5 Amp independent socket point controlled by one switch.

All as per Srl Item No 21 here-in-before but for power point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable as continuous earth lead. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
