Supply and Fix Storage water heater (Geyser) of 25 litre capacity 230V AC, 50HZ having element of 2 KW of COPPER/INCOLOY alloy , Rust proof outer body,high density PUF insulation, BEE 5 Star Rated ,Inner tank of SS 304 which can sustain pressure of minimum 7 Bar working pressure and having multifunction safety valve plug top , making electric and water connection complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Conditioner, Split type, (Indoor, outdoor unit), single phase, rotary compresser and condenser coil of copper having cooling capacity 4500 K Cal per hour 1.5 ton), BEE rating 5 star , with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality,refregirent type R410A/R32 complete with cordless remote control unit,including outdoor stand & refrigerant piping complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sr item no 1 to 5 :- (i) Quoted rate against these items should be including taking down of old unserviceable items complete in all respect i.e disconnecting of electric & water connection and trasporting carefully the same items to deposit in AGE E/M store yard.

Material and labour for sub main wiring consisting two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor, size 4 Sqmm, earth wire 4 Sqmm one run of multi stranded copper conductor, drawn into and including concealed non metalic PVC conduit, 2 mm thick, 25 mm dia (external) inclusive of MS junction / terminal boxes and all fittings and accessories including cutting / chasing in brick / stone masonary and making good the surfaces to match with existing taking down old unservicable sub main wiring complete all as specified. Note:- Two single core of cable 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit shall be measured as 'One Unit'.

Supply and fixing BLDC(Brushless direct current motor) ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper winding low power consumption,high speed Aluminium body with blade, double ball bearing having minimum air delivery 220 CMM and BEE 5 star rated Including acessories connector, canopy, Hanging Rod and clamps , including electric connection with pvc flexible twin core copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the existing aluminium/Copper point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators and light fittings any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete. Note :cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M&L for point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated (unsheathed ) cable 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 V grade & continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper stranded conductor connecting to common earth in and including new PVC conduit and new sunken box but fixing new 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover,sheet screws and after removing old unserviceable hylem sheet (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (a) one light /fan/ buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way.

S/F Ceiling rose surface polycarbonated, three terminals.

Supply and fixing in replacement of desert cooler body made of 22 guage PGI Sheet suitable for evaporative type desert cooler of approx size 67x67x87 cm including side panel-03 nos and front grill with 20 guage PGI sheet and water tank height 20 cm and grill with fins, electriclal wiring and connection with on/off switch piano type,selector switch with distribution PVC cable 3 core 23/0.0076-3m with plug top 5 Amp-01 No,15mm float vlave-01 and legs for motor fixing including duly painted complete body internaly and externaly and all side panel inner and outer side with 2 coat sythetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in replacement new fan motor of cap 145 watt, single phase 230 volt 50 Hz copper wounded three speed suitable for desert cooler of 500 mm sweep size or any other size as per site requirement etc complete including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable fan motor with blades from the desert cooler of any make/type/capacity including removing of all fixing accessories etc and refixing the Fan motor with blades complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Supply, fixing and connecting new submerisble type tullu pump impeller type for desert cooler of capacity 15 to 20 watt, single phase 230 volt 50 Hz copper wound etc incl fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for dismantling solar water heating system of capacity 200/300/500 litres duly disconnecting water & electric connections for replacing the unserviceable spare parts, accessories, etc. and re-installing the system, connecting up and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)Spares / components replaced will be measured and paid under respective items hereafter (ii) The taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing, transportation for workshop and back and testing of system wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expenses for efficient functioning. Cost of these elements shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against respective item of this schedule. (iii)T & P and labour required for taking down of UNSV parts, transportation to workshop and refixing the same has been catered in this item. (iv) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for making good the worn out/ missing nuts bolts, washers, union socket, flanges, gasket and screws etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement electric heating element of 3 KW,230 Volt suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of capacity 200/400/500 liter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermostat switch for Solar water heater of 200/400/500 litres capacity.

Material and Labour for Descaling solar water storage tank of size 200/300/500 LPD, and hot water pipe cleaning with brush and drain out complete sludge / sand diposited in the hot water tank and connecting after complete cleaning up to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of temperature gauge 0 to 120 degree Centigrade 8" long for 200/400/500 litres capacity water heater.

S&F in replacement of flat plate collector ISI marked, of size 1860x1240x100mm (minimum dimensions) Suitable for solar water heater of cap 300/500 LPD having fabricated aluminium sheets outer frame casing, back plate and toughened radiation glass having solar transmittance as per IS, heat absorbing unit shall consist of copper sheet ultrasonic / laser welded to requisite number of copper tubing grid, with selective black chrome / ultra selective sputtered coating, having absorber plate encased in 50mm (minimum) resin bonded insulation and aluminium foil for barrier against out-gassing with all accessories viz. end plates, collars, fixing arrangements, washers, rubber seals, connections, etc. as required including testing on fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement hot water tank of capacity 300 litres, ISI marked, without heat exchanger (non-pressurized) type, cylindrical in shape, inner tank made up of stainless steel 304L grade, with inlet, outlet and overflow arrangements with suitable valves, duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool layer not less than 100mm thick and uter metallic body including suitable electrical backup (the system shall be thermstatically controlled at 50oC for hard water and 55oC to 60oC for soft water) i.e. suitable heating elements and thermostat, sacrificial anode and accessories viz. temperature gauge, make up tanl, etc. and testing on fixing complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement hot water tank of capacity 500 litres, ISI marked, without heat exchanger (non-pressurized) type, cylindrical in shape, inner tank made up of stainless steel 304L grade, with inlet, outlet and overflow arrangements with suitable valves, duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool layer not less than 100mm thick and uter metallic body including suitable electrical backup (the system shall be thermstatically controlled at 50oC for hard water and 55oC to 60oC for soft water) i.e. suitable heating elements and thermostat, sacrificial anode and accessories viz. temperature gauge, make up tanl, etc. and testing on fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair for GI tubing 25 mm dia nominal bore medium grade, ISI marked including connection with existing water supply line & all fittings(such as Tee, Band, union) to walls or laid under floors, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing in repair for GI tubing 20 mm dia nominal bore medium grade, ISI marked including connection with existing water supply line & all fittings(such as Tee,Band,union) to walls or laid under floors, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or Gate valves ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Gun metal globe or Gate valves with ironwheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm dia bore including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of brass chormium plated bib tap, fancy type of size 20 mm dia screwed down for high pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for argon welding of solar heating SS/ iron tank any type, any size of solar water heater including necessary cleaning and necessary connections, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in reapir for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

M&L for cladding of existing GI pipe 20mm dia by replacing insulation glass wool with and including chicken wire mesh and aluminium sheet 26 gauage thickness 50mm complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs toughened glass 6'x4' and 4mm thick suitable for solar water heater panels of 300/500 LPD and testing on fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) Triple layer hoisted and fixed in position, kept over the height of hot water tank of solar water heater on MS angle iron frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 6mm duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6, complete all as specified and directed Note: Cost of MS angle iron frame and PCC work shall be measured and paid separtely uder relvant item of the contract.

Supply only as in Replacement of PVC hose pipe of size 20/25mm suitable for Solar water heating system 200/400/500 litres capacity including clamps , washers, bolts etc where-ever required. ( Set of two)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using stone aggregate 20mm graded as in foundation for Solar stand & water tanks including dismantling of old PCC and necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB SP , 10 KA, 32 Amp, 'B' Curve type, with over load and short circuit protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC Connection (Hot type) of size 15 mm x 600 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of brass chormium plated angle valve, fancy type of size 15mm dia screwed down for high pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug socket with one Single pole MCB 240 Volts 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
