M&L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, drawn through & including new PVC rigid concealed conduit, medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes, bakelite sheets and various sizes hylam sheets for mounting switch/ sockets, fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for following :- (a) One light/ fan/ bell/ Bldg security light point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

All as per item No. 04 as above but one 3 pin, 5 Amp, socket outlet on the independet board controlled by one single pole one way switch board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made sheet metal enclosures double door type made out of CRCA 1.2 mm thick M.S. sheet, powder coated, partly embedded in wall, IP-43 protection, VTPN DB with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 4 way, 415 volts, vertical type, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCCBs/ MCBs, factory made, including thermal based release adjustable type 4 pole 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA and making good distrubbed surfaces with matching colour, complete all as specified. Note: VTPN is including MCCB and rate of MCCB 63 Amps is included in the rates quoted agaist this item.

S&F Factory made sheet metal enclosures double door type made out of CRCA 1.2 mm thick M.S sheet, powder coated, SPN DB with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 8 way, IP-43 protection surface mounting, 240 volts, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCBs duly partially immersed in wall, factory made, including making good distrubbed surfaces with matching colour, complete all as specified.

S&F MCCB thermal based release adjustable type 4 pole 100 Amps 50 Hz 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA including testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN, 40A-60A, 240 volts, "C" series, 10KA duly ISI marked,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP, 6A-32 Amps, 240 volts, "B" series, 10KA duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core 2x6 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor alongwith earth wire 6 sqmm drawn in 25 sqmm PVC rigid conduit connected to main board complete all as specified and directed. (Two number cable and one number earth wire shall measured together as unit length).

Supply only 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of 10 Sqmm complete all as specifed.

Supply only 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 16 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of 16 Sqmm complete all as specifed.

Supply only 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor complete all as per specified & directed.

Supply only 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor complete all as per specified & directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section, 4 core, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing with double compression copper stain less steel gland at DBs and testing, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan, for laying of cable and getting out, compete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls, laid under floor/ road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repair Capacitor (ISI Marked) 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair bakelite sheet hylam 3mm thick with white top fixed with cup washers with machine screws on existing switch board with including removing existing switch/ switch sockets/ bell push etc and refixing the same by making slots on new sheet complete all as specified & directed for MS box fo approx size 8" x 5" etc as in reapirs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48 but of size 11'' x 9".

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).
