Supply, testing and commissioning of outdoor weather & dust vermin proof L.T. Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm deep dimesions (Over all internal dimension) for control valve etc with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, plastering, PCC coping white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:- Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications :- (i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick extended upto 150mm beyond the outer face of block masonry. (ii) Walls of vlaver chamber 200mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building block settingin CM 1:6 complete (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamberboth concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15mm thick finished even and smooth. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3mm thick MS sheet with 40x40x6 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement including handle.
