The caliberation of the relay shall be carried out in the presence of AGE E/M in service of 11 KV switch gear damaged bus bar insulater should be change. cleaning the bus bar with Iso propyle alcohol scratching the rusted protion of bus bar panel then applying two coat of red oxide primer then painting with paint gun, varnishing the HT bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note:- (a) IR value of HT bus bar wrt earth and each phase wrt each other should not be less then 1.8 G ohm to 2.0 G ohm.
(b) The equipments shall be tested twice, 1st test will be carried within two months from the date of commencement of contract and 2Ind test after six months from the first test. The payment shall be released on receipt of results from PSPCL.
(c) The payment of any visiting charges of PSPCL Engineer shall be borne by the contractor.

Material and labour for opening dismantling transformer capacity 25 KVA to 250 KVA lifting the top cover for taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in clean barrel including cleaning the transformer chamber body inside and outside with emery paper after that checked all the winding and other wornout parts such as HT/LT coils, silicon stamping and other connected items like tape changer, breaker assy, explosion tube with diphragm, connector tank etc and complete and reassembling the transformer LT/HT connection after proper dehydration , reconditioning and testing of transformer after reassembling complete on no load at work shop and on load testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note: (i) job includes cost of gasket set, LT/HT bushes, nuts and bolts, washers etc required for the complete the Job.
(ii) After refixing of transformer, testing of transformer will be based on partial load and full load, incl entire painting of transformer with super enamelled paint, deemed in quoted rates by contractor.
(iii) Unsv transformer should be rewinding in workshop within a week time frame on reaching at the work shop, after failing a penalty will be imposed to contractor as per IAFW-2249 of contract agreements.
(iv) transportation of transformer upto workshop and back to site will be complete responsibility to the contractor, and no other charges will be paid to contractor for transportation.
(v) Dehydration and filteration of transformer deemed in quoted rates. (vi) Rewinding of transformer with copper wire will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for preventive maintenance of existing EOT crane at height of 20 to 22 Metre (Approx) from representative of firm as approved by GE Including :
(i) dismantling of hoisting gear box, (ii) drain of old oil, (iii) Cleaning & Greasing of gear box long travel and cross travel and refilling of fresh oil (iv) Fill up fresh oil in gear box (v) Checking of hoisting, long travel, cross travel, brake unit ,oiling of brake unit pins. greasing of long travel cross travel wheel bearing,checking of panel board and connections ,checking of rail alignment,checking of cross travel alignment.checking and oiling greasing of wire rope, rope drum,pedstal bearings,load test using dead weight and any minor defects all connections Electrical/Mechanical components, Including any minor repair deemed to be included in the above quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in-charge.
Note :
(i) All Work shall be executed in presence of contractor, he will be solely responsible for safety of working personels at site. (ii) Contractor shall provide necessary T&P, safety equipments, oil, grease, gear box oil, cloth waste and minor spare required and any other material required for execution will be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.
(iii) Approval of the firm shall be taken from GE before works commencement.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of twin/double light LED aviation light fitting to be istalled at hight structures such as tower, Overhead Water storage tanks etc having die-cast aluminum housing with red polycarbonate dome for better illumination with Integral driver with in-built protection against short-circuit and Protection against electric current surge with min. life time of 50,000Hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
