M&L for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC), 150mm thick, of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC: 15-2017 complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-charge(a) M & L for 10 mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and applying one coat of oil based cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 litres per Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm and 3 mm thick with laps and overlaps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated fire retardant stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm in PVC concealed conduit heavy duty and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc. ) made of not less than 16 gauge MS sheet and 6cm depth covered with 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet fitted with brass screw and washers and drawing 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Phase Neutral and earth wire shall be provided in standard colour code R,Y,B for phase, Black for neutral green for earth wire). Note: In ceiling portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.

One light point or one fan point or bell point controlled by one switch SP one way 230 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

One socket out let 5/6 Amps on Independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 36 here-in-before but for 15/16 Amps socket outlet independent with 4.0 sqmm copper conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel outdoor type suitable for 3 phase 415 Volt of both side opening double door with push type metal lock, heavy duty wide hinges, separate common access cable alley, made out 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of size 80 x 80 x 6 mm cubical type complete with 4 Nos Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp,MCCB 4 Pole , 160 Amp, 415 V, 16 KA (Thermal magnetic release) adjustable overload setting- 01 Nos (incommer) & RYB LED indicator- one set with IP 54 as per IS 13947 protection, internal wiring by FRLS grage multi stranded PVC insulated copper conductor, incl powder coated painting in inner & outer side, including making all suitable necessary electrical connection complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Material and labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified including testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing. (ii) Earth return filling should be with vegetable soil only free from stone and gravels.
