Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified directed by EIC.

M&L for Designer elevation ceramic wall tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick and incl 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall ,colour/design using 3 mm spacer filled with epoxy as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all specified and directed.

Designing, providing and fixing 3 mm thick aluminium compsoite cladding 3 mm thick with FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheet (each 0.5 mm thick) over RCC/ Brick surfaces either segmental/ straight in plan wherever specified in plan wherever specified with extruded aluminium U sections, angles, cleats, weather sealants, backer rods of required size stainless steel screws, riverts, brackets, drilling and fixing the cladding to either masonary or reinforced cement concrete as the case may be manufacturer's specifications, complete the work in all respect including all necessary accessories. At all soffits aluminium cladding shall be bend 90 degree and joints at corner or edges will not be acceptable on horizontal surface, the size of sheet should be maximum available of size complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed. Notes : cost includ all necessary frame works.

Removal of any type of existing roof treatment (brick tiles, mud Phuska, PCC, tar felt etc) in any number of layer up to original RCC roof top slab surface, including demolition of PCC coping etc and disposal there of outside the defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Procedure of roof treatment:- (i) Clean the roof:- M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface by removing loose/ uneven particles with wire brushes and other tools, complete in all respect (ii) Make small repairs and rendering:- Filling of cracks with smart Care Hybried PU sealant wherever requiered and applying 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 alongwith covering and applying smart care damp proof ultra and assure proper curing of plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Laying of membrane and undiluted coats:- Laying of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.2 litre/ sqm to be reinforced with 45 GSM fiber mesh, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mp and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius. The system conists of self priming with 33% ditution followed by two undiluted coats (dry film thickness of complete appliaction/ system not less than 500 microns). (iv) Ponding test:- Ponding test shall be done after application of material

Note:- (a) Appliaction of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only as per MOU between tenderer and manufacturer of PU liquid water proofing membrane and their authorized appliactor complete all as specified and directed. (b) The contractor shall upload MOU between tenderer and manufacturer of PU liquid water proofing membrane and their authorized applicator before quoting the bids in Technical Bid (Cover I) and submit the same alogwith tender and other documents as mentioned in NIT. Make : Asain Paints/ Berger paints/Sika etc The Make shall be of same manufacturer of which the MOU signed and submitted by contractor in Cover-I. No change of make/ manufacturer other than MOU shall be allowed without the prior approval of Accepting officer. (c) Shifting/ removing of any wire/ cable/ AC unit or other any object as per site requirement and re-fixing the same if needed is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (d) Total removal of vegetation/creepers/small plants/ roots from the top of the bldgs to facilitate the work of treatment is also deemed to be included in the rate of contractor.

M & L for providing Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, in roof for slope correction etc and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

S&F joist, channel, steel tube powder coated of any size as per requirement (IS Ref 1161:1998) sections fixed independently, with or without connecting plates etc. for compression members of shed with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Tensile Canopy cantilever structure made of sioen ferrari fabric Weight 900 gsm/sqm, having tensile strength - 280/280DAM/5cm, Adhesion-10/10 DAM/5cm, treated with Secfesh treatment, Flame retardance M-2/nfp 92-507 to ISO9001, ISO14001, Light transmission 13.50 % complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge to the slope/design.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

S & F in repairs one piece EWC (cascade type) water closet with inbuilt cistern white in colour incl all fitting and fixture, complete as per manufactures direction make Cera or equivelent as approved by Engr-in- charge. Cat -S1013124, 28,29,36, S1013216,06

S & F in repairs auto flush urinal sensor, wall mounted AC-220V, 50HZ,automatic battery operated flus type water output 0.5-1.00 ltr, Sensing range 40-70 cm incl point wiring 1.5 sqmm for independent board 06 Amp switch socket complete all as specified and directed by EIC. S & F Venetian blinds for windows with 1 mm thick venetian and holding rods spring and control type including all the accessories of opening of size exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 2.50 sqm, design, colour and pattern all as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm in old work including scrapping and prepraing the surface thoroughly ,complete as per manufacturers specification. as per direction of Enginer-in-charge .Make :- Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac

M& L for applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre over one coat of primer of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification in old work including scrapping and prepraing the surface thoroughly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .Make :- Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including taking down the old plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for for sand dune granular plaster on exterior walls with granules texture shade as approved by Engr-in-charge over 1 mm wall care putty on new plastered surface as per manufacturers instruction with chemical composition or adhisive with scratching tool, in panels with grove all around as per approved pattern after this one final coat of water replant protective coat to be applied with a roller to protect the surface from weather changes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
