Material & labour for sand filling in trenches for cable protection including necessary punning and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Only Punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' modular size, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified factory made ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 08 here-in-before but PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundation of stays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable cross section area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with alluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earthed system conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipes /ducts/ trenches,under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc incl any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L outdoor type cable end terminatrion kit, heat shirnkable jointing material and accessary complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L straight through type cable joininting kit, heat shirnkable jointing material and accessary complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and errecting in true vertical position steel tubular poles 11 meter long complete with M S base plate , MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-55 with and including painting of poles with black bitumenous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator polymer type switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 400 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement,assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engr Incharge , complete with DO fuses assembly with channel and one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including taking down existing set all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make as per list specified in Appx'B' of PS.

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing light grade in replacement (IS-1239) with all fittings in trenches/under roads/along pole/wall for protection of Cable/GI wire/ GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : Exc and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 50 Sqmm 3½ core LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete including supply and crimping of thimbles of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing LT pole PCC any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling /taking out old unserviceable ACSR/aluminium conductors any size from existing overhead lines including disconnecting ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling /taking out old unserviceable ACSR/copper conductors any size from existing overhead lines including disconnecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms, fabricated from MS structural section of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping at side for repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of insulators of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping at side for repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Shifting of transformer of capacity 100KVA- 250 KVA from one place to other place on two/four pole structure or PCC platform in old Amritsar cantt area including HT/LT connection complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : All T&P and M/C required for shifting of transformer to be provided by the contractor and rates included in quoted rate of this item)

Supplying and fixing pin type polymer vitreous white, brown or green insulator size 150mm high and 150mm dia, for working pressure 11000 volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one nut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of HT jumper of existing two / four pole structure of transformer etc includinng using 95 Sqmm single core aluminium cable conductor, including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for boring hole under road/path/floor etc for laying of XLPE cables any size and type all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Dehydration machine and other necessary equipments required shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars(round square and flat)including nuts bolts,washers in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achiene dielectric strength of oil to 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
