Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
