Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls,chajaas floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide height (upto 3rd floor) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

As per item No.5 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops etc rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and diredted.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water,up to height of 15 mtr incl all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,up to height of 15 mtr incl all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling complete all as specified. NOTE: The work shall be executed upto 12m height.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new/Old surfaces incl prepration of surfaces.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified annd directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on Ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified

S&F for angle framed work as in roof chajja, or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. frame to wall of fastener etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete complete all as specified.

M&L for 100/150mm fastener drilling hole for fixing ot wall steel sheeting with ms bolts or other covering fixed to wall etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including making good complete complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shotcreting average thickness 50 mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. with cement concrete M-25 design mix having minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum. Concrete having the specified minimun characterstic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria and Hardener/ admixture) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete mateial 50 mm average thickness from slabs, beams/ columns etc with mannual chiesels or standerd power driven percussion type machine incl tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removal of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including pressure grouting with epoxy injection grout including 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying lying area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of chemical : Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Epoxy grout, Hardener/ admixture shall be of Berger/ Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial or equivalent make approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of shotcrete shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4 kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying ready mix polymer modified mortar upto 30mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border,slab, beams etc) :- (i) Including application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement and subsequent application of anticorrosive coating. Also, pressure grouting with epoxy injection after application of polymer modified mortar. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Chemicals : - Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Polymer modified mortar, Epoxy grout shall be of Berger, Krishna, Dr Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Cemistik, Sika or Equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of polymer modified mortar shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately
