M&L for sub main wiring with two single core multi stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor of grade 1100 Volt , FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm (red for phase and black for neutral) and including electrical grade PVC conduits of desired colour not less than1.2 mm thick and 25 mm dia & 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth duly complete and taking down old unserviceable one. Note :- (a) Cost of making good the disturbed surface plastering/filling putty alongwith matching with the existing colour with MES Approval make of distemper is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor. (b) Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

S&F in replacement LED tube light 20W ultra bright LED polycarbonate tubelight with very high efficacy suitable for fitting into tube light batten fittingt all as directed Note :- The contractor will submit the LM-80 and LM-79 report from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before incorporating the items in work.

Taking down carefully Ceiling fan complete fittings at site removing Fans are deposited to MES storeyard and re-fixing after completion of work at the site .

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete including replacement of one pair of Canopy.

S&F in replacement of fan regulator electronic type 5 step 100watt,240 Volt and connecting complete all as specified and directed all as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers. Including making suitable hole in wall

S&F Bell, AC, 230 volts, single pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bell push flush type 6 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lamp holder PVC body angle type including 9 watt LED bulb polycarbonate body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ceiling rose, three terminal/ Phase, PVC /Polycarbonate isolated body.

S&F in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32 mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete including dismentling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixed in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar SPN double door complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the connection of incoming and out goiing wire in MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed.

S& F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No 26 above here-in-before but single pole and neutral 32 amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing in the wall,cutting chases grounting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings. Note :- All the connection of incoming and out goiing wire in MCCB and MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed.(a) MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar 200 Amp rated mode out of Aluminium on insulated duly insulated wire adhesive tape RYB & black-4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 amp-04 Nos,MCB SP 40 Amp-04 Nos (Out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip suitable size as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n. exc 50 mtr and depositing wher directed at a level n. exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size and for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 40 mm bore with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep size BEE energy efficient 5 star rated or equivalent powered with above BLDC technology conforming to latest BIS licensing and IS specification which consumes less than 50% of the power as compare to conventional type fans,power consumption 32 to 35 watt RPM 370+25% service valve 6.0 Air Delivery in CMM 200 ,down rod all including connection with 3 core 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated but unseathed FRLS cable with multistandard copper conductor IS 694 marked from celing to fan complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
