Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved and including PVC concealed conduit (medium grade not less than 20mm dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators and white cover plate with frame, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth) Note :Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

Material & Labour for Concealed Sub main Wiring with two run of 4.0 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and incl PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25mm dia and fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for main DB to AC complete all as specified

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 -32 Amps,10 KA, 'C' series 240 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure 4 ways double door for DBs when MCBs are to be used 415,volts including 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all flush mounting type, drilling holes for incoming and out going cables with IP43 protection complete all as specified & directed Note : (a) Cost of suitable size cable lugs and materials required for flush fixing of DB is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with thte existing wall all to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

Supply and fix LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W, 4 feet long 230V, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twisted flexible PVC copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan, 3 star rated, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers and all accessories and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fix LED Lamp LED new Adore 9W E27 Ball Lamp 9 watt complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 25mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade. pre-polished & pre-glazed, confirming to relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 and including 50mm thick layer of sand cushioning and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Sec - V (Part-II), (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS)

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/DI/GI and making bore on existing pipe line including inserting 15 mm dia ferrule to taking the further connection including threading excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for construction of brick mesonary pits of internal dimensions 380mm x380mm x 450mm (internal size) (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of gate valve to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The gate valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric LT cables (heavy duty) 16 sqmm 4 core ,earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc, to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified

Supply and fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x35 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bend to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable including punning down the sand to over all 18 cm thickness, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Consolidated/ punned sand will be measured for payment purpose. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made up of Aluminium Cast Material, 100mm dia, round with 5-6mm thick, height minimum 300mm, two hole for mounting 3mm embossed letter as per standard pattern like LT cable with paint of suitable colour, proper finishing and smoothing of surface with suitable foundation.complete all as specified and directed.
