Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china urinal of size 410x380x950mm, half stall type white, with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) including CP urinal spreader and CP connection and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 8mm thick Forsted toughened glass for urinal partition white of size 310x700 mm complete all as specified and as directaed

Supply & fixing 5-6mm thick mirror including ingraved any pattern, or with wooden beading of any size fixed to wall with CP screwd with top cap and all connected fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock/angle valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement Swan neck pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type, high pressure with or without letter 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing anodised aluminium handle cast type 125mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, 150mm long complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,including taking down existing door/windows/ventilator/partition all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii)During considering the weighing of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurements and payments. only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurement and payment shall be made accordingly. (iv) Glazing /Panelling shall be measured and paid separately. (v) During the weighing of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and Fixing 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazingwith oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include 1. Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc 2. Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc 3. Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture. 4. All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm. 5. The moisture content of the substrate shall be checked before application of first coat at water proof coating at the rate of 200 g/m2 followed brush topping at 450g/m2 per mm. The second coat shall be reinforced with glass fabric between the first and second coat. 6. The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm. 7. Tech specification : Tensile adhesion strength 0.5N/Sqmm (as bonding slurry).

M&L for AAC Blocks as in filling of sunken floors including fixing with adhesive complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 400mmx400mm in floors and Skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) dado/wall tilling and skirting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7.5 mm to 8.5mm thick 600 x 300mm size in verticle surface including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc including dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) dado/wall tilling and skirting etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required including demolition of old stone/slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster and prepare the newly plaster surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) (internal ) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster and preparing the newly plaster surface of and applying two Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster and preparing the newly plaster surface of and applying two Cement base Paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing hollow PVC lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including taking down existing wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
