Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frames/chowkhats,shutter and like made out of aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for window, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates or without rebate including joining cleat for fixing etc., the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

S & F figured glass 4 mm thick pin head type and glazing with not exceeding 0.50 Sqm including aluminium cleat/rubber beading in each pan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Shotcreting 25MM thick in RCC columns, beams and slabs etc in layers with approved design mix (minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum on M-25) concrete having the specified minimum characterristic compressive strength (with ordinary protland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) including the cost of certering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including Chipping of unsound /weak concrete material 25 mm average thickness from slabs,beams, columns etc with manual chisel and /or by standred power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc. including removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical & the coating with Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer@ 6sqm/ltr at DFT of 100microns as per specifications and disposal of debries for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the permices.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 450x350x7mm square or rectanguler as on walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4

Material and labour for joint less with mat finish Non Skid ceramic light coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed) in cement mortar (1:6) and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 16-18mm thick granite (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished ) in cooking platform and like in cm (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)

Method 1 (A) - Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent , having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5.Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand).Making Gola of size 75X75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 . (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (c) Apply 12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with SmartCare Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement Method 2 (A) M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab, Providing & applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/m2, 2.5mmx2.5mm is Laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all loose materials like dust etc. With wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 300mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. The work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Work shall be executed through specialized agency) Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and provn of cement work is excluded from quoted rate for this item. (iii) Plaster shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately OR:- Techno commercial equivalent in Fosroc/Sika/STP

M&L cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25 mm thick for tiles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

M & L PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded burnt bricks aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F rotational moulded polythene three layered white coloured water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I of capacity 1000 Litres Dismantling water tanks and removing to store , all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F 20mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polytheene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe orr brass ferrule and fixed.

S & F in 20mm bore gunmetal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified .

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing system 10 Ltr capacity with flush pipe complete as approved by Eng-in charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, sheet cover complete.

S&F in repair 600mm x 450mm beveled edge mirror of selected quality glass on 6mm thick commercial plywood and fixed wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screw and cup washes fixed in repair.

M&L Endura Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick( square /rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc, 0.18 sqm in floor and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down carefully point wiring complete including fixture and fittings from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. and making good to disturbed area all as specified

Point wiring complete with ISI marked 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor drawn through concealed in wall/ceiling surface and its accessories including PVC rigid concealed conduit heavy duty suitable size with all accessories such as bend, reducers, MS hooks, MS junction boxes, 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switchs, sockets, fan regulator etc covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated Hylem top cover sheet of required color fixed with brass screws and cup washers painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat red oxide primer including fixing and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity to connect common earth dolly completed for the following all as specified
