M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- Applicable for Ser item No 01 to 05. (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall submit 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, before commencement of work at site.

The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in two coats with minimum consumption of 1.2 kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Application should be done with company authorised applicator.

Uprooting of tree roots from walls/roof of any grirth at any height/location of any depth by dismantling brickwork/PCC and making good the damaged portion as existing by PCC 1:2: type B-0 and finished with 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing surface & re-writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n.exc.30cm high with synthetic enamel paint incl.repainting of number plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick ot stone wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC chajjas & reinforcement concrete of any description including facilitate in cutting of reinforcement and removing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:11/2:3 , type A-0, using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs,shelves and any similar work and the like including 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and cleaning and removing all scales and dust from PVC water tank manually and cleaning, scraping inner surfaces of tank by means of brush and then washing with clear water and cleaning of mouths of circulating pipes of capacity of tank exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre including writing date of cleaned outer body of the tank with computerzed stencil paper cutting 100mm high letters by synthetic enamel paint (white/black colour) and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and cleaning and removing all scales and dust from PVC water tank manually and cleaning, scraping inner surfaces of tank by means of brush and then washing with clear water and cleaning of mouths of circulating pipes of capacity of tank exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre including writing date of cleaned outer body of the tank with computerzed stencil paper cutting 100mm high letters by synthetic enamel paint (white/black colour) and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, 20mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm dia Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork for ground floor and 1st floor to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, chajjas, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork to sides and soffits of beams chajjas and the like for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep, including for inserting TMT bar as required length and shaping horizonatal/vertical face of groove making good where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc, and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm dia TMT bars as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or occuring with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Grubbing up bushes or trees trunk of girth and area n.exc 10sqcm, including cutting of tree/bush grown in/over walls, roofs, anywhere in buildings, digging out roots including trunk protruding over ground, filling holes, and levelling off ground and making good the disturbed portion of wall with plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including matching the existing finishes and removal of tree/bushes from the site,including cutting out natural vegetation plants with grown up wall or in roof and making good the damaged portion to match with the existing ; including removing of serviceable materials to a distance n. exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L perparation of old decorated concrete surfaces of road side curb stone by complete removal of existing treatment by applying water and scapping of entire thickness of existing treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying two coat of coloured road paint (Yellow & Black in alternate layer) over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls or cornices and applying two coats of White washing after preparation of existing surfaces finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
