M&L for MS work for rail/grills inside shaft/around the dome, dome cover and MS ladder inside/out side the OHR and post /gate for fencing by using suitable size of MS angle iron, bars, flat iron, mild steel sheet etc. including cutting, welding, riveting, locking arrangement and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling the old unserviceable MS work complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from the surface of overhead reservior 21 meter height by chisel, broom, sand paper and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted steel surface of any description over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 Sqm, with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work complete all as directed.

Dewatering/bailing out muddy staganated water manually or with the help of non clogging pumping set from clear water under ground sump of capacity exceeding 4 LG and not exceeding 8 LG including jackwell, Removing silt from under ground sump manually by bucket and rope depth exceeding 4.0 mtr but not exceeding 6 mtr and depositing where directed by Eng-in- Charge at a distance exceeding 50 mtr away from outer wall of installation, Scrapping out silt, alge etc from side walls , roof and floor by washing, cleaning the same with steel wire brush ,brooming etc and washing the side walls with bleaching powder solution and washing again with clear water after washing with bleaching powder and white washing with two coats of white wash to entire satisfaction of Eng-in- Charge complete all as directed. Note : Contractor shall provide all necessary arrangements such as Lighting , Non clog Pumps, ladder etc and will make good the disturbed surface with no extra cost to the department.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but for tank capacity exceeding 1.00 LG but not exceeding 2.00 LG.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but for tank capacity not exceeding 1.00 LG.

Material and labour for preparation old painted surface of concrete, brick, stone, asbestos cement or plastered of any description over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 Cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed. Note : The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be included the cost of scaffoldings, labour insurance and other safety precautions.

Material and labour for preparation old painted surface of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting /cleaning away all grass ,bushes ,under growth small tree upto 10 cm grith and their roots ,hedges ,vegetarian ,branches of trees etc at installation of water supply upto entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge and disposing the same at a distance upto 50 metre away from the prepherial area under clearance complete all as directed by Engineer- in - Charge. Note :- Contractor shall cut all tree branches hanging over the raw water tank. No extra payment for cutting the branches of trees will be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Material and Labour for Construction of valve pit Type 'B' of size 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm ( internal dimension ) of brick masonry built in cement mortar (1:4). from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and MS frame made of angle iron of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with hinges, handle and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates , Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), including three coats of white wash on internal surfaces and external exposed surfaces , foundation concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates including necessary earthwork , returning filling , removal and demolition the existing valve pit complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note : Applicable drawing for valve pit is Drawing No. BTD-811 sheet 1/2 to 2/2

Dismantling steel barbed wire fencing of any dia and any type fixed in any position complete all as directed. Note: Each line of wire shall be measered for payment.

S&F Galvanised 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and stracing , fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, incl uding securing on typing at crossing with and provisioning of galvaniesed mild steel wire, staples of steel pins etc. complete as directed. Note: Each line of wire shall be measered for payment.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 200 mm dia sluice valve, ISI Marked PN 1.6 confirming to IS-14846-2000, both end flanged, drilled, SS spindle and iron wheel handle, CI gate with SS ring including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 19 above but for 150 mm dia sluice valve.

All as per serial item No. 19 above but for 100 mm dia sluice valve.

All as per serial item No. 19 above but for 80 mm dia sluice valve.

Supply and fixing stain less steel spindle of sluice valve 200 mm dia including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet after taking out the unserviceable spindle by opening the top of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for 150 mm dia sluice valve.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for 100 mm dia sluice valve.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for 80 mm dia sluice valve.

Material and labour for detecting and repairing the leakage in inlet/outlet pipe of dia 100 mm / 150 mm at overhead reservior including necessary arrangements i.e welding, JCB hydra, chain pully etc complete all as directed. Note: (i). Contractor shall depute labour / pipe fitter and other required equipments such as JCB/Tractor / Hydra and fuel etc to attend the complaint. Complete site for attending the leakage shall not be handed over to contractor at a time. Site of leakage only handed over to the contractor on site requirement basis. If leakage again found during the currency period of contract at the repaired location contractor shall repair again without any extra cost to the department. Cost of CI/DI fittings and run lead joints required to repair the complaint shall be included in this item. (ii). Welding work if required shall be included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) Provision of scaffolding and necessary T&P shall be provided by the contractor in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
