Extra thick magnesium Anode provides added protection complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, thermal cut out, plug top & NRV, Power Cord 3 Core of suitable size and length etc and heavy duty anchor bolt fastner not less than 100 mm long with suitable size of nut, washer and Plastic Adapters, grouted in wall with complete mason work for proper mounting of geyser fastner bolt and making necessary inlet/ outlet water connection electric connection and testing on load all as direted by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for independent point wiring with PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke multistranded copper conducter cable of 4.0 sqmm and including new PVC concealed non metallic conduit (ISI Marked), medium grade not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings via tees, bend, junction box and pressed steel sunken terminal boxes for mounting of Mogular box made of not less than 16 gauge MS sheet and 6 cm depth including cutting chases in wall and making good to disturbed surface as existing surface and drawing 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common, earth dolly and easn terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Phase Neutral and Earth wire shall be provided in standard colour sude RYB for phase Black for neutral, Green for earth wire) Note (i) In ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out. (ii) Proper colour coding should be adapted for phase, neutral and earth and halves. (iii) Point wiring to be taken independent direct from the Main DB's of Accn.

S&F Gl tubing medium grade Gaivanized of size 15mm bore with all fitting such as bends elbows, tees short pieces, connector check nuts & threading complete laid in wall/ surfaces complete all as directed by E-in-Charge. (Note - Connection will be taken independently from OHT/ Service tank, inside building pipe shall be made concealed in wall)
