S&F steel window 1.25mm thick box type (primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60mm x 25mm, single rebated comprises gauzed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with one or two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bar of T-section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 60mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 Four Nos for each window including following fitting welded to frame shutter : (a) Mild Steel Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm square bar made to shape-04 Nos per window (b) Handles of z section 20mm x 100mm long (c) Stopper - 01 No per leaf (d) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x 63mm welded to hinges - 01 No per leaf (e) MS Pintal hinges of size 75mm x 75mm x 12mm-02 Nos per leaf (f) Grills made out of MS square bar 12mm dia welded to FI frame complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note:- Wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron boors, ladders, framed blausters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC frame as in door, cupboard etc of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube and edges will be painted to match with printed sheets, suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; & 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading use inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90 degree)used. Panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium door with chowkhat of section 80mm x 40mm of wall thickness 1.58 and bottom rail 160 x 40mm of wall thickness 1.58mm including glazing with 5.5mm thick sheet glass incl fittings such as aluminium tower bolt-1 No, handle-2 Nos, glazing pins, clips, beading and hydraulic door closure regulated designated 3 universal type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The shutter frame shall be tied at top (internally) with screw of round bar 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium window chowkat of 89x32mm with wall thickness 2.75 (weight 1.81 kg/RM) incl double shutter of section 50 x 35 with wall thickness 1.5 incl including double shutter (glazed and gauzed shutter) incl 5.5 mm thick glass tinted, wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire cloth and average width of aperture 1.25 mm including aluminium grills, fitting such as aluminium tower bolt, handles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium mortice lock of 2 levers, vertical type, size 100 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (anythickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, wodden beads to steel windows/ wodden doors as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel barrel tower bolts 150mm long, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel pressed handles of size 150mm, oval type, stove enamelled black, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Butt hinges 100mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section of 150mm size etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) & fixing clips of sheet, cost or ectruded sections & fixing bolts & sliding bolts is extruded sectins or cast aluminium ally of size 200mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F aluminium handles, cast type anodised of size 125mm etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles 150mm size fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in parapets walls, benching, coping and filling at junction of brickwork and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete including use of forwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished fair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
