Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming out going MCBs should be enclosed pole/wall mounted thermo plastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 complete all as specified and directed. 

Supply and fix in replacement street light panels analog time switch (with battery back up), 3P Module, 24 hours program, programmable every 15 min, current capacity 16 Amps, suitable for 63/40/32 Amps street light timer, AC 3 phase, 110-240 V AC (1CO) base/ Din 16 pulse digital time switch,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated copper cable 2.5 sqmm three core multistanded flexible 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement brackets 1.2 m long made to shape fabricated out of GI pipe Light grade ISI marked 40 mm dia incl provn of socket nipple welded at once end to suit the light fitting and fix to pole including clamps with nuts and bolts of suitable size cutting, drilling and welding its fix to pole and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB 6 A to 32 Amps,240 Volts single pole fix in position where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Single Phase SMC Junction box suitable for mounting on LT RCC pole of 9 mtr long, box having Al 3 Phase busbar 100 Amp rating with 6 Amp MCB ('B' series) control, mounted on insulators with 2 clamps of copper strip for earthing of the armoured of the cable complete with making holes for connecting cables etc nuts bolts etc front openable hinged cover suitable for mounting on steel clamps nut bolt etc pvc adopters and PVC hose pipe upto cable trench for incoming and outgoing cables, factory made duly painted with powder coating process complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in replacement LT PCC pole 9 Mts long cross sectional area 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102x279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of relevent IS and including painting the pole upto 5 feet from ground level with black and yellow alternate strip of 30 CM each with synthetic enamel paint incl removing of broken pole debris complete all as specified and directed.  Note:- (i) After commissioning of new pole contractor would liable to connect all the ACSR conductors to the new pole including insulators and cross arms etc inclusive in this unit rate. (ii) Excavation ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 14 as above but exceeding more than 1.5 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Only punned sand shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 using 40 mm graded broken crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded broken stone crushed aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone crushed aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4.0 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.
