M&L for Galvanised Iron tubing light grade 20mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/ fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed ,welding and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified.ing point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit alongwith angel iron 40x40x3mm frame and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaing surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 1991 or directed and testing on completion.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel, protection to earth lead with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode, including necessary excavation & earth work (in any strata) and PCC chamber including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type ABS body type with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15mm bore with GI hexagonal adopters/Nuts on both sides for inlet ( cold water supply) and out let (hot water supply), provision of wall mountingarrangement , mounted on wall with suitable sige of anchor bolts, making connection including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core fixed with lugs and gland complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 11 nut 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe,cables, foundation of poles or stays, for re-routing of cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-13 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under groudnd cables in layers of sand of 23cm thick (8cm before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying cable) in trenches complete as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks (fly ash bricks) old size laid dry, flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for GI tubing, light grade 40 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.(clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

S&F LED street light 60 Watt, 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV and 10 KV separate in the lighting housing, IP 65, Energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver fixed on pole/wall along with service bracket as per sample, clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers including making electric connection with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded twin core aluminium conductor cable PVC insulated complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Driver shall be potted antivibration type. (b) 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. (c) Name of manufacturer should be embessed on fitting.

M&L for 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore flexible copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694/2010 including drawn into the pole from junction box to light fitting after necessary drilling in the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core with aluminium termination lugs, laid in trench/cable duct/through wall/pole and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 32 above but 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as for pole coping complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of timer switch with automatic street light switch for LED street light using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street light, 230 volt, single phase of capacity 5 to 8 Killo Watt, outdoor type factory made of IP-65 rated protection having nature switch whoose operating should be based on natural light flux level and selector switch to change the mode of operation, including supply of indicator with SMC box and locking arrangement. The sensor along with power contactor of capacity 40 Amp including and outgoing MCB TPN capacity 40 Amp 10KA with auto manual operation and overvoltage and overcurrent protection and auto trip & auto reset making arrangement along with internal wiring of copper cable FRLS of size 10 sqmm single core multisranded and mounted arrngement with clamps and nut bolt on wall/poles, dust proof and temper proof complete with all accessories as required and provided by manufacturer for installation of the timer switch complete all as specified & directed

Cutting existing GI water main up to 32mm dia pipe in position for making branch connection of 15mm pipe line including excavation & earth work. Note : Fittings any type are incl in this item rate and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed.

S & F stop valve 15mm dia, fency type chromium plated , screwed down, high pressure with crutch , screwed for iron pipe or for ferrule ISI marked omplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib cock brass chromium plated fency type screwed down for size 15mm dia pipe ISI marked omplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying, jointing and leakage testing GI tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc laid in trences, floor, walls and making good the disturbed surface to match with esixting surface as (PCC work in 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate/ plastering in CM 1:4 and appling finshing coat of existing treatment ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub Main Wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size size 2x4 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 4 Sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn in and including suitable size concealed rigid medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia 1.5mm thick with all accessories incl cutting chases on wall and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar 1:4 and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation and testing commissioning of Eco friendly Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 58.5 KVA liquid cooled silent DG Set comprising liquid cooled diesel engine conforming to IS 10001/10002(aii parts ammendement till date) deveoping 74 BHP @ 1500 RPM 58.5 KVA , Alternator (as per IS :13364) rated at 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted, and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS fuel tank integrated control panel, residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 1 N0. 12 volts DC battery, battery leads 1st fill of lube oil, and other feature ISO 8528 for varying load, ISO 3046 BS 5514 for load exceeding 10%, Electronic Governor as per ISO 8528 (Part V), brushless exciter, Solid state voltage regulator, Class "H" insulation, Voltage regulation : No load to full load, ±1% complete with the following specifications:

(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. Sound proofing with high quality Foam/ rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 DBA at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. fuel tank for 12 hours (100% load) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. Emergency stop push button out side the container. Provn of light inside the canopy providing of LED fitting of suitable watt with wiring and control switch.

(D) GENSET CONTROLLER WITH AMF PANEL: Microprocessor based, Graphical LCD display, Integrable with AMF panel , synchronizaon & communication configurations, metering, protection and control system with built-in torque matched Volts/Hz overload control, Single control for all genset function such as Digital governing, Digital voltage control, Engine control, Operator interface, Protection, Advanced control functions, Phase Voltages & Currents, Frequency, Genset kVA , KW, kWh, KVAr, Power Factor, Canopy Temperature , Lube oil Pressure, Engine Temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level in Ltrs and in percentage, Auto/Manual Stop, Battery charge condition, Battery charging failure, Over/Under speed, Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Phase Seq. Note: (i) Testing expenses shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Platform for DG set shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, size of platform shall be of size of DG set plus 200 mm on all sides and 400 mm height from Floor. (iii) Rep of OEM shall be present during testing of DG set. (iv) DG set should cover under standard labeling program with all applicable amendments for Scheme for energy Efficiency labelling. (v) DG shall be of O2E series (Optimal Operating Efficiency), low emission, high efficiency engine. (vi) Contractor shall submit the CPCB plus norms complicance report/certificate of DG set. BIS certificate for diesel engine, wiring diagram, manufacture test report etc, to the deptt.
