Supply and Fixing for Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) 5 star rated Storage water heater (Geyser) of 25 litre capacity 230V AC, 50HZ as per IS -2082:1993 having 2 KW INCOLOY glass coated element with ABS shock proof and rust proof outer body,high density PUF insulation 35 mm , MS Tank with glasslined coating from inside which can sustain pressure of minimum 8 Bar working pressure , class -I , vertical type with adjustable thermostate and thermal cutout capillary type , Magnesium anode 150 mm and dia 18mm ,Adjustable temperature control knob , FR garde electric cable with ISI mark plug top and having multifunction safety valve, making electric and water connection complete all as specified and directed by Enrg-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of brass chormium plated angle valve, fancy type of size 15mm dia screwed down for high pressure CPVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC Connection (Hot) heavy duty ISI marked of size 15 mm x 600 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings 20 mm bore outer dia with all fitting and fixed to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. Note- Quoted rate will include the cost of making water connection from existing supply line and making good of the wall surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Brass chromium plated fancy type bib tabs of size 15 mm dia bore short body, screwed down for CPVC pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified

Supply and fixing MCB SP single pole, 240 volts, 32 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ curve type complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 2.5 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glaze ceremic colour tile 450 mmX 300mmX7mm /300mmX200mmX7mm thick etc on vertical surfaces such as skirting ,daddo etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surface including dismantling floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,removing rubbish of premises complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200mm X 150mm X 15mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
