S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter 18 to 20mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant .WPC to be laminated with PVC coil of minium 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed countersunk stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel powder coated decorative drapery rod (colour as approved) 20mm dia of approved pattern & design including decorative knobs (wall side and free side) & powder coated mild steel flat iron brackets fixed with steel screws & PVC rawl plugs/grips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to RCC fillet beams in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 over applying a coat of neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and one coat of bonding agent as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (white/tinted) after finishing the surfaces with a coat of wall care putty by hand roller complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on prepared surfaces of walls / Chajja's / facia/ ceiling / Ext surfaces (thickness vary from 1.0 to 1.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) . Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall primer, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) surface by using Roller over complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Smooth finished surfaces are considered under Sl item No above. (ii) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster or unplastered wall surfaces and apply two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint over 1mm coat of wall care putty of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Acrylic polymer base damp-proof coating system with two component ready to use acrilyic ploymer modified damp-proof coating : 1. SURFACE PREPARATION: Remove the existing plastered surface with efflorescence/ seepage area. Non-moving cracks having width upto 5 mm must be filled with Polymer based crack filler. 2 APPLICATION: Apply acrylic polymer base damp proof coating by brush roller over SSD surface. Apply the first coat of damp proof coating with a paintbrush directly on the surfaces. Allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs. Apply subsequent second layer after drying. The first coat and second coat must be applied in perpedicular direction. The coverage must be atleast 1.2 sqm/kg/coat. The mixing for two component, if required, shall be done as per manufactures specifications. Rendering to be carried out after approval of Eng in charge and shall be paid seprately. Make : Asian Paints Damp proof Ultra 2K/Fosroc Damp Protect/Dr Fixit dampguard Note : Treatment shall be carried out through Authorized applicators only

Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, socket or power bell complete with fittings such as Switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holders, call bells & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(ISI marked) 1100 volts grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through concealed / surface in wall / roof/ceiling surface and its accessories on the surface etc in the existing concealed conduit with new provision of 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc, covered with 2.8mm thick plastic laminate Hylem / Anchor top cover sheet of required colour, fixed with brass screws and cup washers, painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat of red oxide primer including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC stranded copper conductor unsheathed, insulated, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth point dolly for for one light point/fan point/call bell point, 230 volts controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser item No 130 here-in-before but for switch socket combination 5 Amp 5 Pin socket outlet 230 volts on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS sheathed, insulated, copper cable of 6 Sqmm size, multi stranded, 1100 volts grade with PVC insulated FRLS copper wire 6 Sqmm for continous earth wire drawn into existing PVC concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm copper cable and one run of 6 sqmm copper wire earth continuty conductor shall be measured as one length)

M&L in replacement factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (VTPN DB) double door (IP-42 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates including one MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 415V as incommer and 8 nos outgoing MCBs 230V as rating required at site including flexible pipe complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 including making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : All MCBs/MCCB and cables terminating into MCBs/MCCB shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under this item.

M&L in replacement repair of factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way fabricated from minimum 1.2 mm thick CRCA sheet with metal double door (IP-42 protection ) fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 100 Amps bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, eath bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with one MCB SPN 40 Amp as incomer and outgoings 6 Nos MCB as rating required at site incl flexible pipe complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 including making good disturbed surface all as specified and directed. NOTE : All MCBs and cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to electrical equipment/GOD/LA and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with TMT bar 8mm dia both ways @100c/c. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.
