Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 07 here-in-before but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 06 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar).

Material and labour for PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping/ band and bed block etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia PVC coated galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 75 mm x 75 mm mesh fixed with string bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 3.15mm dia, PVC chain link fencing 75mm x 75mm mesh, fixed to RCC fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire/ line wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing, mild steel flat, nuts, bolts and washer will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 16 mm, length of bolt exc. 5 not exc. 10 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, ziinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for paver block paving to raise level complete all as specified and directed

Material & lobour for sand filling under or in paving or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured)

M&L for demolition of existing floor, hearth or tiling and 60mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with grey cement and pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block any shape/ size confirming to IS 15658, joints shall be filled with fine sand filled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Sand will be paid under relavent item).

M&L for vitrified designer, heavy duty tile of size 400mm x 400mm, 12mm thick, coloured, outdoor, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment as in floor, pattern of tile as approved by GE over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing floor, hearth or tiling and screed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/ block/ stone walls, roof etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and fair upto 12m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down, making good holes, cracks, etc and applying one coat of white wash ht upto 12m incl cleaning the floor/ joinery surfaces, glass pans all as directed by Eng-in-charge

M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings and set in mortar CM 1:4 all as specified & directed

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall as in sides of drain and upper band of drain with bricks laid on edge, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as directed.

M&L for flyash Bricks, old size, laid on edge in top band of drain bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 with raking out joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 for foundation concretre (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 incl dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated).

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 for (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete, square, retangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75mm dia PVC (HDPE) pipe for weep hole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear spans, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacking courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm hieght, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necedssary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, binders etc cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite 20mm thick ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, winddow cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Fe-410-S) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demoilition of framed timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position.

M&L for preparation of bituminous/ concrete surfaces of roads and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines dashes, arrows and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour (Yellow/ White) confirming to BS 3262-989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
