M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM, (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame,funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe, 15mm dia, light grade, 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and dricted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing 40mm bore light grade galavansied with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position all as specified and dricted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F new generation LED flood light with high luminous efficiancy 200 W with IP 65 protection with front toughened glass complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel suitable for 3 phase 415 volts of outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with 200 Amps rated aluminium bus bar, use of angle iron 40X40X6 mm frame, grouted by using PCC foundation 1:2:4 type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, thimble and including painting with two coat of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of rad oxide primer complete comprising of the follwing:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 25 KA 63 Amp with adujtable thermal setting 80-100% -01 No. (b) MCCB 4 pole 25 KA 63 Amp with thermal setting 80-100% - 01 No. (c) Digital time switch program every year, back up of 06-years, 28 location 16 Amps, weekly prog with 01 CO, total 28 programs. (d) Power contractor with auxallry contact 63 Amp - 01 No (e) Voltmeter, ammeter and with selector switch of suitable capacity to up/down the light.

S&F 4 pole MCCB 63 Amps capacity 50Hz 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mtrs high mast light continuosly tapered cross section high mast as per details specified and given:- (a) Suitable for flood lights LED luminous 08 Nos, 200 Watt LED lights complete suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC supply. (b) 1/2 section having suitable sectional length with slip joints between sectional length with slip joints with sections without any water proof cover. (c) Raising/lowering type lantern carriage designed to carry 08 Nos luminaries, contrail gearbox, junction box and pully assemble with water proof cover. (d) Necessary suitable length for lowering & raising of lantern carriage of stainless steel wire ropes of 7/19 construction (with minimum 6mm dia) and multi core flexible copper power cable. (e) Hinged service door in base section base plate earthing terminal. (f) Suitable arrangement for supply distribution with termination of suitable size underground cable in high mast. (g) Complete with other provision for execution in the confirmation with detailed technical specification as provided by Manufacturer. (h) Double drum winch with separate handle for manual operation of winch with a torqe limiting devices for safe docking of carriage. (i) Lighting conductor final made of 25mm dia 300mm long GI tube having single prong. (j) Integral single power tool (electric) for lowering & raising of high mast (k) Anchor plate, templetes, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts washers etc. (l) Design & casting of RCC foundation suitable for erection of high mast upto 15 mtrs as per manufactures recommendation considered safe soil bearing capacity including supplying and casting.
