Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work surface rendering is to be even and amooth with out using extra cement at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures and working in buildings upto any height at Motitibba and Dainkund.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats (1st base coat in single colour and 2nd coat in camouflaged pattern with atleast three colours) of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and funggal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old plastered/unplasterd/concrete surfaces and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and funggal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern (1st base coat in single colour and 2nd coat in camouflaged pattern with atleast three colour) (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior premier applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures and working in buildings upto any height at Motitibba and Dainkund.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for naming the building Nos of height 30cm and width 15cm back base painted complete black and 2/4 letters to be written in white complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
