M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (white/tinted) after finishing the surfaces with a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty by hand roller complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling by applying one coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty manually and sanding the surfaces with mechanical equipment and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer of cement @ 3 Kg per square metre and top layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Basket ball pole fix with 1550 mm (61") round as per international standard size 180cm x 105 cm and 20 mm thick traansparent Acrylic Board with standrad pole made of 150mm (6") round pipe ISI marked with heavy dunking ring and nylon net with spray paint complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cushion sport (8 layer) Acrylic synthetic flooring for outdoor court as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Cleaning the existing surface of court by scraping with wire brush / coir brush, for removing of all loose material like dust particles, dirt soil etc. (b) Surface preparation (crack filling, any patch work) and making the proper levelling. (c) Supply and application of cushion sport flooring with hybrid waterborne acrylic synthetic (PU) coating on existing subbase of any type for basketball/ tenis /vollyball court, consisting of durable, required minimal maintenance, all weather suitable, eco friendly material. The work should be carried out in following layers :- (i) One layer of concrete primer coat with wiper/ mechanical means. (ii) One Layer of acrylic resurfacer for filling and smoothening. (iii) Four layers of acrylic rubber cushioning coat one after another on complete drying of prior layer by using wipers/mechnical means as per manufactorer direction. (iv) Two coats of paint (acrylic synthetic hybrid water borne paint) one after another on complete drying of prior layer as top layer to protect flooring with UV rays and weathering. (v) Final steps as marking of game lines on court, colour as directed by Engr-in--charge. Note : (i) The work shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 70mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming expansion joints 100 mm deep x 12mm wide, filled with pre performed bituminus filler and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed ..

Excavating in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface all as specified`and directed .

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation,filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type haiving 100 x100 x 3.20 mmaperture including line wire 3.2 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

Rough excavation in soft or loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding. 1.5 KM but n.exc 5.0 KM & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 100 mm thick using broken boulders, quarried stone, inter stice filled, deposited, spread and surface formed, watered and rolled/rammed , consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base,mass filling complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking coloured paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made precast kerb stones in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone agreegates) including chamfers, weatherings,throatings etc in smooth finish & set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil including cleaning premises, uprooting of tiny trees, tree cutting, cleaning, levelling, spreading bushes, beeds, grass, removing poly bags, brick bats, stone pebbles debries, cleaning of sub station bldg, two pole/ four pole structure area, HT line etc and removing to a distance not exc 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel,concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 6,500.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 19 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
