Outsourcing of services for Manning & Operation of 02 Nos stretcher cum passengar automatic control Lift by providing service of 01 lift operator (skilled) (SSC qualified with 2 to 3 year relevant experience) for each lift for smooth and trouble free operation in three shift of 8 hours each in a day on all working days including sunday and Holidays for each lift by employing lift operator (skilled) in each shift and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: 02 Nos lift, 1 person in each shift for each lift i.e total 06 Nos lift operator per day to be employed).

Notes : (i) The lift shall be operated daily in three shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair /replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (iv) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors. (v) The Bidders shall ensure housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc. (vi) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (vii) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same.

(viii) Dress Code : The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. "Name of the firm and designation" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/ gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. (ix) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/ lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations. (x) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including basic rate [Minimum wages by Government of India/ State Government/ local body, whichever is higher], employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund [EPF] liability , contribution towards Employees state insurance corporation [EISC], contribution towards Bonus, Overhead and profit and Labour welfare Cess [LWC] as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain in the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Cess, levies as applicable including GST. (xi) The prevailing Rate/wage/Contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date.

NON COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE FOR 02 NOS STRECHER CUM PASSANGER AUTOMATIC CONTROL LIFT AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD.

M&L for Non- Comprehensive annual maintenance for 02 Nos STRECHER CUM PASSANGER AUTOMATIC CONTROL LIFT by rep of OEM to serve G+01 upper floors with AC Variable voltage & Variable Frequency Dive (VVVF drive) of capacity 2000 kg, 30 person speed 1 metre/sec with single speed motor., 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 HZ supply for smooth and trouble free operation including spare parts with periodic routine services, complaints and technician/ attendant for breakdown including replacement of all spare parts and servicing of complete system of the LIFT Located at Bldg No NP-2 and NP-4 in 167 MH complete all as specified in particular specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as detailed below:-

All as per Srl Item No 59.1 above and comprehensive annual maintenance for 1st year after 02 years completion of defect liability period (1st year of Comprehensive maintenance period FY 2027-28)

All as per Srl Item No 59.1 above and comprehensive annual maintenance for 2nd year after 02 years completion of defect liability period (2nd year of Comprehensive maintennance period FY 2028-29)

All as per Srl Item No 59.1 above and comprehensive annual maintenance for 3rd year after 02 years completion of defect liability period(3rd year of Comprehensive maintennance period FY 2029-30)

Note for SL No: 59 (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in 06 months complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation.

(iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for whose repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engr -in-Charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspect and for consumables such as timely toping up/ replacement of gear oils, acrylic covers, fuses, copper cables, hardwares like nuts, bolts, emery papers, grease,waste cotton, stationery and other miscellaneous items and all minor & major spare parts. (viii) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of Phase II as per Work Order No I.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
