Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes cracks with wall care putty all and applying a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of ceiling in CM 1:3 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixing with self taping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of steel rolling shutters with ball bearing, guide channel as specified including top covers anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erect in position as indicated complete push or pull or manual type having thickness of laths 1.00 mm including taking down/ dismantling of unserviceable rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing gear operated, manual operated, rolling shutter and iron door after welding, straighting, easing, adjusting, greasing and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 km but n. exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken brick gauge 40 mm to 80 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and fair surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in skirting, dados/ vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm thick in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 105 x 60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using (20mm graded stone aggregate), in filling of pressed steel chowkhat and holdfast, bed plate etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, both faces are covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made ot of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specifiecation and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS Frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cemnt supply and fixing in frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of galvanised channeling fencing 4mm dia and mess size 100mm*10mm complete including line wires of any mess size and to any type of standard, rails stining bolt etc including provisioning of binding wire complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wih 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and stranining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire as per BS 5514/IS-10002 as per existing CPCB-IV norms complete with standard control panel of capacity continuous rating 82.5 KVA/ 66 KW at NTP conditions with acoustic enclosure and canopy cover considering all derating factors and comprising of the following :- (a) ALTERNATOR : Self regulated with brushless self excitation 82.5 KVA, 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 0.8 P.F.,1500 RPM with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load foot mounted, screen protected drip proof type with class 'F' insulation, closed coupled single bearing alternator, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers, conforming to BS-5000/IS-4772, capable of supplying unbalanced load. (b) Engine : Multi/cylinder,compression ignition, heavy duty compact diesel engine liquid cooled with standard accessories all as per BS-5514/ISO-3046,1500 RPM control gauges, RPM/Hours meters etc; shaft H.P. suitable for generating application and capable of giving an output of 82.5 KVA/66 KW for coupled alternator under NTP conditions, complete with following:- (i) Flywheel housing with flywheel to suit closed coupled single bearing alternator. (ii) Air-cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator. (iii) Fuel pump and fuel piping 15mm M.S. pipe with bends, flanges etc. (iv) Fuel filter with water separator and filter element. (v) Lub-oil filter with filter element (vi) D.C. starter 12 volts. (vii) Storage Batteries of suitable voltage and ampere-hours as recommended by the manufacturers. (viii) Residential silencer as per existing CPCB norms.

(ix) Supporting/fixing arrangement for muffler with ceiling through anti-vibration pads. (x) Engine overspeed stop/trip switch. (xi) Radiator with fan. (xii) Dynamo for battery charging. (xiii) Corrosion inhibitor coolant. (xiv) Engine control panel electronic digital display type consisting of battery voltage indicator, lub oil temp and pressure gauges coolant water temp gauge, RPM indicator cum hour meter etc. (xv) Safety controls for alarm due to high water temp (HWT) and low lub oil pressure (LLOP). (xvi) Any other devices/accessories recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard eqpt. (c) SKID : The engine and alternator will be coupled,aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from M.S. channels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration pads of required size and numbers as recommended by the manufacturers for mounting of 82.5 KVA/66 KW DG set.

(d) AMF Panel : AMF panel shall be of suitable size factory made outdoor cubical type front openable fabricated from CRCA steel sheet 1.6 mm thick (Panel should be made seperately not fixing inside the DG Set) complete as per manufacturer specification of Diesel Engine suitable for DG Set of capacity 82.5 KVA grouted in floor by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete in all respects and consisting of the following :- (i) Contactor ML of suitable capacity. (ii) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps (04 Nos) for phase and neutral. (iii) Sensitivity relay set unit with auxiliary relay CT's. (iv) Electronic latch circuit with tripping indication. (v) Instantneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 Amp. (vi) Reset facilities for complete protection of AMF Panel. (vii) Self squential starting relay unit 12 volts DC complete with alarm and power contactor. (viii) Electronic timer 220 Volts for main contactor with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (ix) Electronic timer 220 volts for fuel cut off operation for with 1 No NC auxiliary contactor. (x) Battery charging unit 12 volts 10 amp complete with digital volt metre & Amp metre. (xi) All as per item No (ix) here in before but for fuel cut off operation. (xii) Electrical starter 12 volts DC as per manufacturer's design. (xiii) Digital volt meter 0-500 volts panel mounting type size 96 square mm with digital selector switch. (xiv) 3 Phase electronic energy meter for measuring meter for measuring generated units. (xv) Frequency meter (Digital type) of suitable rating.

(xvi) MCCB 160 Amps 4 Pole 36 kA & MCCB 160 Amp 4 Pole 36 kA breaking capacity with fixed thermal and magnetic release, for main supply & DG Supply adjustable over load and adjustable short circuit each 01 No (xvii) The AMF panel shall have manually by pass arrangement in case of failure of AMF Panel. (xviii) Other accessories, if any , as per manufacturer instructions. (e) Diesel tank of capacity for 8 hours continuous run on full load, with caliberated scale (fuel level indicator) dip stick, fuel inlet/outlet , Air vent, drain plug and inlet arrangement for direct filling including suitable size gate valve in outlet, tank to be fitted at suitable height. (f) Sound proof enclosure with residential silencer (CPCB) approved) the sound less than 75 db at a distance of 1 meter from canopy in free field zone. (g) PCC/RCC foundation complete as per manufacturers own design/ or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Documents : Three sets of following documents :- Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catalogue, warranty/test certificates, schematic diagrams of control panels. (j) Other items : List of tools and two years normal maintenance spares as per manufacturers recommended lists, duly priced, item wise. Notes : (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG set for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour. (ii) Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. (iv) AMF panel and DG set shall be procured from same OEM i.e make of both shall be same. (v) DG set shall be tested by the representative of Accepting Officer before commisioning and cost thereof deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover. (iv) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core, conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988, laid in trenches or fixed to poles or passing through pipes including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation, laying of cable, erection of poles, struts/stays etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall only be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.
