Cleaning of old Roof / wall concrete surfaces & repairing the surface irregularities like cracks, potholes, as per manufacturers method statement. (a) Making V-grooves with cutter, hammer,chisel upto 5- 10mm in between the cement tiles and filling will bedone with HS latex putty and HS PU sealant. (b) Exposed Roof&Walls Supply and apply PU based waterproofing and heat reflecting system having following key performance properties: (i) UV resistant and resistant to yellowing and weathering (ii) Highly elastic and crack bridging (iii) Non-toxic and VOC complaint water based coating (iv) One component ready to use (v) Excellent adhesion on porous and nonporous substrates (vi) Seamless water proofing membrane Water vapour permeable Material shoud have below properties Solid content -60% ( ASTM D 1644) dnsity(gm/cc)-1.30 (ASTM D1475) Elognation-350% (ASTM D 2370)Tensile strength N/sqmm-2.8-2.9 (ASTM D 2370) Solar reflective index -100 according to ASTME1980 System: Providing and applying primer over the prepared surface with Homeshield PU rooKoat First coat:Material:Water=1:1 by weight Total thickness: ~~0.4 – 0.5 mm (Consumption: 0.25 kg/m2.) Reinforcement: Glass fiber mesh. second coat: Homeshield PU roof Koat (Consumption : 0.5 kg/m2.) Third coat:Homeshield PU roof Koat (Consumption: 0.5 kg/m2.) Note : The installation company of roofing system should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the roofing manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer.

Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm average thick PCC padding in 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair three layers 500 litre HDPE water storage tanks polyproof. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Supply and fixing of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size 20mm bore ( weight 210 gms Minimum) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor surface finished fair 30 mm thick below tiles.

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 15 mm thick screed plaster/bed in 1:4 CM complete.

Material and Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mmx300 mm x7mm/ 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, all as specified in Preamble 8B. 3.1 of SSR Part -II (2020) and all as shown on drawing of SSR Part-II (2020) including making good the disturbed surface with cement plaster 1:6 and matching the colour of new plaster with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as per instruction and drawing shown for item No 8080 of SSR Part II on Sl Page No 176 including 3 nos extruded aluminium anodised 100 mm long butt hinges with galvanised mild steed screws, 2 nos 150 mm long (ISI marked) aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 2 Nos 125 mm long aluminium anodised handles, cast type, (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china (white) squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern, white, size 580 x 440x260 mm, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipe, anti-syphonic pipe etc including making good to floor and including trap set, in and including lime concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs white vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedastal pattern) with and including plastic water closet seat white black , closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminum hinging device incl flush pipe and fixing bolts ( excluding flushing cistern) etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs 10 litres capacity, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets including 32 mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair PVC SWR floor trap, 75mm dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including CP gratting of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm GI pipe medium grade made to shape as in spout pipe as in sunken /verandah/ balconey complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of floors/nahani trap of any size and any pattern in any position by removing dirt waste, vegetables, tea leaves, mud etc incl connecting pipe and removal the rubbish and repair with white cement with voids.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specied and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:6) on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surafaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directred.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified under:- (a) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust , loose particles etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. (b) Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced modified cementitious coating system (i) Base Coat : HS LATEX plus ( Consumption base coat 0.30kg/Sqm) (ii) Reinforcement : Glass Fibre (iii) Second And Third Coat : HS Latex Shield 2K (consumption Qty 3 Kg/Sqm) System Requirement : density 2.00kg/ltr abd Compressive Strength : 0.5N/mm2 (b) M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster (1:4) using coarse sand mixed admixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces Note : HS Power Plasticizer (Consumption :0.10 kg per Bag of Cement )

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength = 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed
